"David and Ellis are consummate hosts and this enchanting cottage was well-equipped with anything and everything one might need during a stay here. The home is exactly as described, full of character, charm and history, yet containing the modern conveniences that ensure one’s comfort. (Fantastic shower pressure and temps and consistent wifi!) a big plus: an accessible ground floor bedroom with accessible shower room. (Note, there is one step to enter the home). The horses, dogs, and the bunnies...

"Very peaceful with lots of character. The owners also offer food bundles from their own animals on the farm. Also the owner won best steak in the world a few years ago which is one of the bundles"

"The Lynchpin Cottage was lovely! Very cozy, well equipped, and so special! We stayed for a week and Were able to do lots of day trips from there. We will recommend it to friends and family! The owner was very responsive when we had questions. Just landed at JFK in NY and am pining for that sweet cottage already! Donna Beer"

"It's a nice little cottage and host/property manager were quite nice as well. We were there 5 days, and enjoyed our stay there a lot. It's a bit far from the sights and from a grocery store (minimum 30 min. drive, IIRC) so plan for that. Also, no wi-fi that we were able to figure out (we just watched stuff we had already downloaded, using an HDMI cable), but there was a television and laundry facilities, so that was great."

The house has everything you will need for a lively stay including a lovely welcome pack which is appriecated at a long journey. The home has info in the local area and the garden is amazing the children just loved the garden spent hours playing in it didnt want to go out. "A quirky and eclectic house, not the for tall of stature. It's a traditional style of Irish country cottage set in a gorgeous Limerick valley. If you like country living and a break from the mundane, this is a good choice. Watch out for the oil heating bill at the end though."
