Part of a shared 4 bedroom house, there is a fully equipped communal kitchen available for use, and access to a garden.



The Space:

This lovely modern en-suite room offers plenty of space for up to 2 guests, and has been finished to a high standard with quality furnishings and fixtures. The room includes a comfortable double bed, made up with crisp hotel linen, as well as high speed broadband and a wall mounted smart TV. You will also have your own private en-suite bathroom, complete with a powerful shower, as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home. There is also a garden that guests can make use of.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the en-suite room, and shared access to the communal facilities for the duration of their stay.



The Neighborhood:

The ideal base, set on a quiet road, its just a 15 minute walk to the city centre. You will be within easy reach of high street shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The Doncaster Racecourse is a short journey away, and further afield, the famous Yorkshire Wildlife Park which is 40 minute train ride or car journey away.



Getting Around:

As mentioned, everything in the city is within walking distance. Doncaster train station is only 12 minutes walk or a short taxi ride away.



Other Things to Note:

The communal kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. We ask that guests are respectful and leave the kitchen clean after use.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



For security reasons:
