"The property is very old and need serious updates. I was assigned the wrong room upon arrival and dispite my request I was stuck with a double instead of the single bed I reserved. Not the romantic stay I had planned to have. They also did not have an iron and ironing board so I had to go on my Valentine date in wrinkled clothing. Definitely not a weekend to remember. "

"Room was good but needs some maintenance. The pool area was good and they offered free black coffee while you wait for the late check in of 3pm. The hotel is a bit far away from all the tourist spots and the water shuttle only goes hourly from 10am to 8pm with an hour off at 12, making it an inconvenient to have an early start apart from taxi or grab."

"I highly recommend this hotel .. you have a free shuttle bait that takes you to the ferry , the iconsiam shopping mall .. we’re greeted as soon as we arrived they quickly took our luggage from our van transport .. and quickly checked us in .. I got the breakfast buffet included and it was delicious.. the lunch and dinner were just as delicious.. stay here you won’t regret it beautiful river views and vibes ."

"I have stayed at this property multiple times and am never disappointed. The staff are some of the most pleasant I have ever encountered, with a special callout to Milk Tea. Her smile and friendliness at breakfast started every day off on the right foot."

"Check in was easy, rooms were average size and comfortable, bathroom small but functional but the extract fan didn’t work so got very steamed up. Food and drink menus were good. The only issue (not a complaint) we had was there wasn’t enough bar staff on and they were all run off their feet trying to serve everyone which was hard for them but we weren’t worried about that"

"We are a family of 5 and booked two rooms, the hotel staff were amazing. The hotel was super clean and located in a fantastic place to get to Icon Siam and also the river boats for accessing the various areas for seeing all of the interesting sites on offer in the city. The pool area was clean and the kids enjoyed a bit of downtime after busy days exploring the city. We would book again in a heartbeat and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel provides a free tuc-tuc service for short...

"It’s a cozy beautiful serene place , a hidden gem. Breakfast was delicious with Thai dishes and fresh fruit every morning. The staff was so courteous and accommodating. Luggage storage was a plus, in fact we had booked a cab through them and running late to the airport , they had loaded our luggage in the cab by the time we got there. Very impressive service, would highly recommend this amazing B and B"
