I was able to check in late, and because I missed my breakfast the next day (I left for the office early), the hotel contacted me on my phone to check if everything was OK. The location was walking distance to the Old Town and the staff was so friendly & kind, especially the front desk personnel: Hana, Dejan Tomislav ( Tommy ) and the gentleman with the mustache. "I love this property and would stay there again. It’s a beautiful hotel. Everything is so charming and the beds so comfortable. The breakfast buffet is unique and very nice. The restaurant in the hotel is Asian,I believe, and the food is very good. I love that the market is across one street. And as a senior, I was able to get the Cavalier to come pick me up and take me where I wanted to go in the market. Overall, it was a great experience."

"Comfortable beds, great location, loved the apartment perks - refrigerator, stove, & washer within unit. The futon bed was comfortable - we didn't open it fully but used it as a twin bed and there was an additional king size bed in the unit. Just a heads up, as the hotel explains, there is no lift. The stairs are narrow & steep. Just mentioning in case this is a concern for anyone."
