Cozy apartment in a family house, surrounded by Mediterranean flora and with panoramic view of the sea of Chia.
The house offers all comforts in order to have a wonderful stay. The apartment and its location allow to spend an ideal holiday tailored to your needs whether you are a couple, a family with children or a group of friends.
The holiday home is in a complex of private villas just a few hundred meters from the white beaches of Chia.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the villa and has ample indoor and outdoor spaces, offering the opportunity to dine indoor or on a panoramic patio. Outside the house there is a gas barbecue with grill and plate for roasting.The house can accommodate 2 to 6 people.
A large car park is available inside the property, from which you can reach the villa through a staircase adjacent to a private wooded area.
Our presence will be guaranteed on arrival and departure of guests, as well as a full a support for every possible need. On arrival you will receive touristic materials and information to have a great stay.
The upper apartment of the villa can be sometimes occupied by the owner, who does not live there.
The villa is situated in a magnificent location that allows you to enjoy both the tranquility and relaxation of the surrounding landscape and basic services nearby (market, restaurants, pizzerias, tourist facilities and more). You can also enjoy various sporting activities such as horseback riding, hiking, golf, tennis, snorkeling and other aquatic sports.
Chia is 50 Km from Cagliari-Elmas Airport for those arriving by plane and from the port of Cagliari, for those arriving by ship.
Please note that it's recommended the use of a car to move around easily and visit the nearby, that offers many tourist, environmental and cultural attractions.
A few kilometers away is Pula, a lovely little town that offers every kind of service and a lively atmosphere in the evening. In the nearby are also the forest of Is Cannoneris, numerous achaeological sites (nuraghi, towers, the complex Punic-Roman of Nora) and the beautiful beaches of Teulada.
When booking you will be given all the details to easily reach the villa.
The nearest beach is about 600m and all the other beautiful beaches are all within a few minutes by car.
There will be a barbecue available on request.
The house has everything you need and is only required for guests to enjoy a peaceful holiday and relax!
Please note that animals are not allowed.
Even if air conditioning is not included among the services of the house, since it is not strictly necessary since the house is sufficiently ventilated, the apartment has an air conditioner in the main room that can be used, if required, counting separately the consumptions that will be paid on departure.

Soggiorno indimenticabile. Angela e Sergio davvero gentili. Grazie a Marco per averci fatto scoprire luoghi "segreti" e incantevoli.

The owners Sergio and Angela were very kind and made themselves available, whenever we needed them. Their lovely villa is comfortable, well equipped and independent from the second floor of the house. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, but we did not use it because the house is naturally cool. Just air it out at night. The windows and doors to the garden are all equipped with mosquito nets, which is very useful. The house has two bathrooms with a shower each. Very convenient, especially for taking a shower after a day at the beach with the family. Nothing is missing in the kitchen electric oven, gas fireplace, fridge, dishwasher, utensils, microwave, services etc. The wifi is fast and works well. The nearest beach is a 3 min drive. There are many beautiful beaches only 7-10 min drive away. The owners lent us an beach umbrella, chairs, and air mattress for our son. Bathrobes and towels in sufficient number. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms where you can do your laundry. There is a plancha available on the terrace. The villa has a nice terrace with flowers, with a beautiful view of the sea and the Chia tower. The garden and the exterior are very well maintained. A parking space is available in the property just after the gate. The environment is residential and very quiet.

Ottima posizione panoramica dell'appartamento che è risultato ottimamente attrezzato per tutto quanto necessario. Massima disponibilità e cortesia da parte dei proprietari. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Sistemazione in posizione assolutamente strategica per visitare tutte le spiagge più belle di Chia e dintorni (meravigliose!!!!!). Casa assolutamente come in foto, immersa nella quiete e nella pace, ma allo stesso tempo comodo anche per la posizione dei 2 market (distanti 10 minuti a piedi), per i più piccoli la possibilità di accedere la sera agli spettacoli dell’animazione del villaggio turistico vicino e la vicinanza del paese di Pula per una passeggiata serale. Dal giardino (ad uso esclusivo) si gode un panorama spettacolare sulle spiagge e sulla torre di Chia, non so se più bello di giorno o di notte (con la torre illuminata). Per concludere Sergio e sua moglie Angela, che salutiamo affettuosamente, sono due persone disponibilissime e squisite come pochi. Vacanza bellissima

Casa stupenda, spaziosa, tranquilla con un bel giardino ed una vista mozzafiato. Unico inconveniente zanzare a go go....

Appartement au rez-de-chaussée d’une maison mais complètement indépendant. Les propriétaires sont très discrets donc on passe les vacances en toute tranquillité. Ils sont toutefois très serviables pour toute question. Extraordinaire vue sur la baie de la Torre di Chia depuis les hauteurs. La plage à proximité de la maison est accessible à pied mais le retour est dur en forte montée, et le sable y est un peu moins beau que dans les magnifiques plages accessibles en 5mn de voiture. Équipement basique (manquerait un lave vaisselle, un sèche cheveux et des verres à vin par exemple) mais propre. Les chambres sont heureusement équipées de moustiquaires car il y a beaucoup de moustiques. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances !

Chia e le sue spiagge sono meravigliose e la casa é perfetta per visitare la zona! Ottimo il giardinetto con tavolo e vista mare per godere dei colori e dei profumi della Sardegna da mattina fino a sera! Siamo stati molto bene, gentilissimi i proprietari che ci hanno accolto e fornito di ogni confort, anche di ombrellone e lettini per la spiaggia Grazie di tutto:) soggiorno stupendo
