  • Located amid beautiful countryside in the picturesque village of Powmill, you’ll be surrounded by attractions that cater to a variety of interests. Powmill Milk Bar, a beloved dog-friendly local spot, offers hearty meals, snacks and local produce. Powmill also boasts a general store and gift shop. Explore the historic Rumbling Bridge, which spans the River Devon, providing breathtaking views. Knockhill Racing Circuit (4 miles) is a hub for motorsport enthusiasts, hosting thrilling events and offering driving experiences. Castle Campbell in nearby Dollar (5 miles) is a medieval castle steeped in history and surrounded by stunning landscapes. Visit the RSPB Loch Leven nature reserve and heritage trail (8 miles), a serene destination for outdoor enthusiasts, offering fishing, scenic walking and cycling trails around the tranquil loch. Alternatively, visit the world-renowned Gleneagles (12 miles) and the cities of Stirling (16 miles), Perth (23 miles), and Edinburgh (30 miles).

    Step inside this single-storey, cosy, dog-friendly, romantic retreat surrounded by beautiful rolling hill countryside in the pretty village of Powmill. From the enclosed garden, enter into the well-equipped kitchen, the perfect space to cook up a storm with an electric duel oven/air fryer, induction hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Next is the light and bright lounge, an ideal spot to relax after a day out exploring and to watch a great movie on the Smart TV or enjoy a game of cards or a board game. Continuing through the hall, you’re met with the stylish bathroom with a double-headed shower over the bath and a WC. Completing the accommodation is the lovely king-size bedroom with ample storage space. There are also night motion sensor lights located in the bathroom, lounge and kitchen.

    Venture outside to the enclosed garden with a decked patio with table/chairs and gas BBQ for al fresco dining or lazy evening star gazing. There is off-road parking for two cars available at the side of the property.
