There are only 5 parking spots to check in and a very tight area to turn around to get your car out of that area. The room is a normal hotel room. Your room key will get you into the hot springs pool. There are a lot of people who come to use the facility by the hour, so sometimes the pool is very busy. "It's a family run business, but you can tell nothing has been updated in decades. The family running it was nice, and I wasn't expecting a 5 star experience; however, this was the shabbiest place I've stayed in as long as I can remember- shower was too low even for me at 5'4", holes in curtains, mattress that was mostly just springs, TV didn't work, and the faint smell of cigarette smoke from many years past."

"Way overpriced in my opinion. Everything in the room was old and worn down. Our shower and toilet barely worked. We had dinner at the pub. There were ants and bugs crawling on the tables. Food was ok but not great. The only thing we thought was good was the beds. They were pretty comfy. I would not stay here again."

"Quirky resort. Lots of artsy stuff. But I paid $275 for one night. That didn’t include a bathroom, TV, or phone. Building is very old and historic but not well maintained and the community bathrooms smelled. Not for me."

"Room was very clean and housekeeping was quite communicative. The hotel is gorgeous inside and everything is in mint condition. The lobby area has free plates, forks, maps, and coffee! Very comfortable and warming place!! Property was a two minute walk to the river and the views were amazing!"

"If you’re looking for the cleanest, the most comfortable, the best kept property, and privacy THIS IS ABSOLUTELY the place! It was an immaculate experience. My advise? Buy the breakfast - and yes get it delivered to your cabin. It’s 1000% worth it. Daniel is an AMAZING chef. Be sure to stop in to the office for homemade treats each day. Dora is so welcoming and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better couple’s retreat. We’re excited to come back someday!!"
