"Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine.
Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault.
Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road."

"dirty room, had someone’s dirty laundry, shower and toilets all stained with brown and yellow stains, door hanger flung off as we walked in, all surfaces dirty, dead bugs at windowsill, bedsheets stained with black stuff. so dirty and poor communication, left after 30 minutes and got no refund whatsoever.
also no lock on bathroom door, one of the beds was broken, plug socket broken"

"The sofa bed was unusable and needs to be replaced. The internet was slow and Freeview did not work. The location was excellent. Communication prior to visit was incomplete and full information was not provided until 30 minutes before check in. Check in staff were however helpful. Parking was a bonus."
