"The rooms were very clean and had a good standard. Staff is very friendly and the additional services and beauty spa are great. Only complaint is the neighbourhood and the pipes in soom room or air condition that make noise. If you are a light sleeper bribg earplugs and best to arrive during daytime."

"The breakfast was fabulous with multiple varieties for food and drinks with fresh bakeries and strong coffee. The staff were very smily and cheerful. The room was clean organized with multiple facilities. I really enjoyed my stay there and I would think of booking again in this hotel when I come again to London."

"The AC in my room was broken and was stuck at 29 degrees Celsius. It took 4 maintenance calls and until 2:30am to be offered a new room. Very disappointing considering the room & property was great."
