  • Luxury stone house with private swimming pool for 6 persons. It is located in Čižići on the island of Krk.The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outside bathroom. The holiday home is situated in a residential beach area, close to restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets and at 400 m from the beach. Air-conditioned and fully furnished, the house is ideal for holidays with family or friends. Pets are welcome!The pool is open 01.03.-20.11.

    Soline bay, Klimno and Cizici
    Soline bay is located on the northeastern coast of the island. It belongs to municipality Dobrinj as well as nearby places Klimno and Cizici. The bay was named after the saltern that existed there in Roman times. Today there live 284 inhabitants.

    Tourism in Soline bay
    Soline, Klimno and Cizici have developed due to its medicinal mud. Sea is at a very low level, so it is always warm, and the beaches are sandy what attracts many visitors.

    On the coast there are restaurants and family rooms, which also offer accommodation, but the same can be found in a number of accommodation establishments and private apartments built on the coast of the bay. In the vicinity of the bay is a cave Biserujka that makes this place even more attractive holiday destination.

    Komoriška

    Komoriška Beach (also Punta) on the south side of Soline Bay is a small sandy beach. The beach is especially recommended for families with young children. It's 30 m and and 5 m wide and offers plenty of natural shade under a beautiful pine forest. Campsite Slamni is located in the immediate vicinity.

    Meline

    Meline Beach is located in Čižići. This beach is known for its healing mud and ideal bathing conditions as it is warmer than the rest of the island. Medicinal mud plays a major role in relieving rheumatic pain, making skin radiant and soft. To get into deeper water you have to walk longer because the beach is very shallow and after 100 meters the sea is still up to your knees. All this makes this beach ideal for the whole family and all day long fun, as well as a new experience.

    Slamni

    Camp Slamni beach is made of gravel. Near the beach is a beach bar, and next to it is a bowling court that can be used throughout the day. Children can play on the children's playground, and there is a swimming pool. Fun and animation programs are also organized for the youngest in the evening.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

The place looks exactly like on the pictures - wonderful. Nice spacious house, clean nice swimming pool, possibility to barbecue and to shower outside as well. We enjoyed staying for one week, our 3 boys loved the pool

Droomhuis

Fantastisch verblijf. Echt vakantiegevoel met de tuin, het zwembad en doorkijkje naar de zee. Het huis is mooi ingericht en fijne bedden. De host is vriendelijk en heel attent, liet zelfs wat lekkere dingen voor ons achter. Locatie is rustig, dat vonden wij heel erg fijn. Dichtbij op loopafstand zijn verschillende mogelijkheden om te zwemmen in de zee, er zijn een paar restaurantjes en een ijssalon.

Oase der Ruhe

Das malerische Steinhaus an einem Hang in einem schönen Garten gelegen, ohne Einblick der Nachbarschaft, vermittelt Ruhe und Geborgenheit.Der kleine Pool mit 1,40 m Tiefe lädt zur Erfrischung ein und die Liegen mit großen Sonnenschirmen zum Relaxen. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, mit allem was man an Urlaubskomfort braucht, auch eine Klimaanlage steht zur Verfügung. Das Haus selbst ist auch kühl durch die Steinmauern. Sehr aufmerksam waren auch verschiedene Schmankerl als Willkommensgruß mit Knabbereien und Getränken. Der Ort selber ist fußläufig zu erreichen mit 3-4 Restaurants, einem Eiscafe und ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe des Hauses . Im Meer 🌊 kann man auch baden, allerdings gibt es keine Serviceleistungen am Strand. Der Strand ist sehr flach, mehr eine Lagune für Kind und Hund. Wir waren Ende Mai dort, kann sein, dass im Sommer mehr Trubel ist. Es gibt auch ein Außenklo mit Waschmaschine und Dusche in einem kleinem Zimmer. Das Auto steht geschützt direkt am Haus .

Katica who welcomed us was very kind, gave helpful tips, even prepared snacks and basics in the fridge for us which was helpful since the only local market was closing at 2pm. The house and garden, grill and pool was perfect. Also got a comfortable babychair and cot for our kid.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Kate war einfach fantastisch! Deine herzliche Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Urlaub in Kroatien unvergesslich gemacht. Das Haus war sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. “Wo das Herz ist, da ist das Haus”, und bei dir fühlt man sich wirklich wie zu Hause. Deine Hilfsbereitschaft und freundliche Art sind unbezahlbar – “Wer gibt, dem wird gegeben.” Vielen Dank, Kate, für die wunderbare Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Holiday house Neva

Wir hatten hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub. das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön die Außenanlage groß genug., toller Pool und überdachte Essmöglichkeit draußen. Wir hatten auch schon wesentlich größere Häuser aber dieses ist ausreichend für zwei Päarchen und es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden. der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war immer außerordentlich freundlich. sie hat bei allen Dingen geholfen. Und auch wenn man etwas kaputt ging war das nicht so schlimm. wir würden hier immer wieder Urlaub machen. ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Das Haus und die Gastgeberin hätte gl auch der Kontakt über das Buchungsportal lief einwandfrei und unser vollstes Zufriedenheit att noch einen extra Stern verdient.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Thank you for a wonderful stay – as a family, we felt very comfortable there. The village where the villa is located is small, but you can find everything you need there. It’s an ideal place for families with children – very peaceful and quiet, which is a big plus for us. The only things I would change are the pillows, which were very high and uncomfortable, and we also missed having regular flat sheets as we’re used to in other warm destinations. The host also provided portable baby cots, which we really appreciated, but I think adding mattresses for the kids would make them more comfortable. These are just small things that would make the stay perfect and where I see some room for improvement. The pool, terrace, and yard were also fantastic! Thank you once again, and maybe we’ll be back next year. The host was great – very kind and welcoming!

Wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Haus

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub! Die Hausbesitzerin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war während unseres Aufenthaltes für Fragen immer erreichbar. Als Wilkommensgeschenk gab es einen Obstteller, Getränke, Müsli und Kekse für die Kinder. Für den Anfang sind Kaffeepulver und Nespressokaspeln vorhanden, sogar Spülmaschinen- und Waschmaschinentabs stehen bereit. Weiterhin zwei Näpfe für den Hund, der sich auf dem Grundstück frei bewegen kann, da alles durch eine schöne Steinmauer umrandet ist. In dem kleinen Ort gibt es drei Restaurants, eine Eisdiele, eine Bäckerei und einen Supermarkt, alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Durch einen kleinen Spaziergang kommt man zum Hundestrand - es gibt dort aber auch Parkplätze. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Vila Neva! Vielen Dank Kate!

Fantastyczne miejsce. Wszystko zgodne z opisem i ze zdjęciami załączonymi do oferty wynajmu. Doskonałe miejsce na relaks, cisza, spokój, prywatność. Zdecydowanie polecam. Chciałabym tam wrócić mimo że nie jestem zwolenniczką odpoczynku w tych samych miejscach po raz kolejny.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

The most amazing experience! The host was so nice and welcoming, we even got a small souvenir and some wine for our stay! We went here for a short weekend and it was perfect. We hadn’t researched the soundings before and didn’t rent a car, for our short stay it didn’t matter that much but we needed to take a taxi to buy some food. So a big recommendation is to rent a car, otherwise a beautiful place to stay! For a good taxi we would absolutely recommend: Mile taxi krk
