"The host was very communicative and so nice, made sure that our stay was perfect-and it was! The house was completely stocked with things you don’t normally get (tp, paper towels, trash bags, spices etc) and checkout was a breeze-especially with an early morning flight. The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and the setting on the golf course was stunning. The pool area was extremely private so we could enjoy music without worrying about bothering neighbors. "

"Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. The AC worked without any issues, which we were especially thankful for with 102-degree weather.There’s a Keurig coffee maker available, but we opted to buy a pour-over from the nearby Co-op (about a 15-minute walk). Street parking has time limits, so we really appreciated having access to the gated...

"First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if...

"My family had a great stay at this property. We are boaters and it was great to have a dock to come and go on the boat as you please. This house is a great location on the river. Gina was very responsive and helpful. I would recomend this property. "

"Very charming guest house with all the comforts of living, the Chess Board table is so cool with real chess pieces and checkers. The house was comfortable, simple yet modern. The shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap smelled AMAZING. Definitely no need to bring your own. We brought our 2 little dogs who enjoyed the yard. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great stay, grocery store was right across the street. It was located 5 minutes from my conference. Excellent stay!"

"This home was perfect for our family reunion in Sacramento. It was close to downtown and family living in the area. Our kids loved the big back yard to play in. Daniel was very responsive to our requests. Would definitely stay here again."

"We wanted a no frills place to stay while in Sac for a conference and this was perfect. Easy walk from conference center and restaurants. Would stay again.This is not a fancy place, but is a very comfortable and affordable option."

"I want to live in this condo! It was so fun being within walking distance to the State Capitol building and historic Old Town Sacramento- all within 1/2 mile max!This home is decorated so classy and comfortable with fun pops of color in the artwork! We spent our evenings out on the patio.Would definitely stay again if we were in Sacramento!"

"The house was clean and it had everything! The pool was a hit for my children and there was a grill that we used while kids swam! The only uncomfortable thing was that there are cameras inside and it felt like we were being observed. Overall, it was a great house! "

"During our family stay we baked and made several homemade meals. The kitchen was well stocked and several family members were there visiting while we were cooking! Great space!The house fit our family of 10 well! There was plenty of space for being together comfortably! We all had to get ready for a wedding so it was nice to have 3 bathrooms! Loved the stay in this house! Great memories were made!"

"Hi Roseanne, thank you again for the accommodations. Great location and very nice condo. For future rentals we did not find the gate code anywhere in the emails that were sent to us....could be we missed it. Something you may want to look at...we experienced black ants in the guest bathroom all over the counter. Also, we could get the dryer to turn on,, but it would stay on for any given period."

"Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! "
