"Wonderful place! The host was so friendly and even allowed us to check in early. The history behind this structure is something to value and we're glad that these owners purchased it. Otherwise, it would have been converted into office space. The Little Women themed rooms is a nice touch. Thank you and we'll stay here again when in the area."

"I guess it all depends what you're looking for: I would rate this as a decent two-star hotel for the following reasons: Parking right in front of your room, adequate size room with hard floors, Good location very affordable. "Easy check in. Overflow guests were in the hotel next door, the Coronado. Room was clean. Breakfast was a little lacking, but the coffee was good and hot. Plenty of good places to eat and see close by."

"Parking was easy. Linens were clean. Noisy at night from street traffic. Run down building. Little to no amenities. We needed a place to stop to sleep for less than 12 hrs so it worked for us. TV did not work. Would not stay longer. "

"The room was clean as always but in need of an upgrade which the property is doing as it can. The bed - of course THE most important part of a stay was EXCELLENT. I always get great rest when staying at this property. No excessive noises, good breakfast options, fresh coffee (VITAL!). The value was worth it to be sure and I will continue to stay at the property. The staff is fantastic, all friendly, respectful and pleasant to interact with."

"I am not fussy about a room but if the bed is bad that’s a deal breaker for me! The bed was terrible and the sink and tub drains were slow to drain and the towels were so thin and worn. The breakfast was good and it was a good location but we won’t be staying there again."
