"Generally excellent stay - very spacious and has everything you want in an aparthotel (washing machine, kitchen). One thing we noticed about the staff that came to clean - she cleaned the bathroom and took the trash, and then without washing her hands, put new towels out! We asked her for new ones (she still didn't wash her hands) and then declined cleaning for the rest of the time we were there. "

"Hôtel superbe avec tout ce qu il faut à l intérieur de l appartement une équipé avec lave-linge sèche linge frigo ustensiles de cuisine, il y a 2 piscines dont une très grande pour nager salle de sport terrain de tennis sur le rooftop juste a coté de l hôtel il y a un food court typique de Singapour et 510 min à pied il y a un énorme food court avec plein de magasins de fruit pain etc, cet hôtel est éloigne du centre mais avec grab vous y etes en 20-30min il y a également un parc juste a coté de...

"Arrived early morning and was unable to check-in until 3pm which was fine. There are 2 shower rooms available that you can use then leave luggage with reception until 3pm. "

"4 nights family vacation. Room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are nice. Perfect location, just across city square mall, and mrt station. I would consider this hotel next time i visit Singapore. "

"Travelling is made so much easier with a kitchenette and washing machine, which was our main reason for booking here. Excellent choice as both were more than adequate and included dishwasher, all utensils and crockery, storage, and fridge all discretely built in. Large bathroom though the shower setup in a little side area with spa tub was a little unnecessary, with a clumsy hot cold tap system. Bed configuration and direction is a little strange, facing the window. But spacious, and everything...

"My daughter and I stayed here for a week. The room is equipped with a kitchen and washing machine, so it feels like home. There is a supermarket and restaurants on the first floor, so we were able to stay in a great environment!"

"Nice for family that wish to stay together for the 2bedroom apartment. Did online check in and tried the keyless access. Quite a hassle when using the lift as the network is not strong enough. Nevertheless, its awesome as everyone has access via own mobile phone. Bencoolen mrt is right across the road. Pick up / drop off is also infront the hotel. Front office staff is extremely helpful."

"Out of hours arrival was prearranged and went well. Small studio was ideal. Gym was clean and good, with Gym towels provided. Pool area clean with towels. Laundry services (washing machine) worked well. For self catering apartment, where you don't plan to cook, place was excellent, bus stop just outside. 10/10"

"The overall was good, staff friendly.However, the service of apartments not so good. The staff cleaned property twice a week without adding a coffee or proper tea. Available only green tea.Additionally the apartments are very old and refurbishing,specifically a bathroom would be in order. The bathroom was dungerous for old people. Have step inside the bath to have showers, very uncomfortable and slippery. Style from 80’s with plastic curtains."
