"Very clean and cosy for an extended stay. The property was reasonably located near public transit for those with no vehicle as I came for a couple of events during my week stay. Mirianne was very pleasant to communicate with and she checked in periodically to make sure things were going well! Check in and check out went very smoothly. Thank you, Mirianne!"

"Clean with comfy beds. Had a great stay."

"It was very very dirty when i got there. Toe nail clippings and small curly hairs all over the bathroom, there was poop on the back of the toilet seat, no toilet paper, dishes had prints and hairs all over them. I was scared to walk on the floor without socks. I went out after work and purchased my own cleaning supplies. The people upstairs were up most of the night yelling and playing music, every single night I was there. I mean it is cheap but i think clean-ish should be minimum. I tried to...

"A well appointed apartment with easy access for loading and unloading with the bonus of secure underground parking. The kitchen is well equipped should you wish to eat in. The bedroom nearest to 109th can be a bit noisy overnight. The apartment is easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. The suite was very clean and there were plenty of towels for showers. The host kindly provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms. We would definitely stay again."

"it was very good property with very nice host."

"Pros: bedding was new and fresh. Location was excellent for river valley access Cons: poor quality of space. Bathroom was awful. Not clean, shower full of mildew and mold. Door stuck, required force to open making a loud noise that disrupted the whole space. Flooring was peeling up. Overall quality and care of the space was sloppy."

"Amazing stay, host was very cooperative and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area."

"The property was clean and well equipped. It is close to the West Edmonton Mall as advertised, however, there is major construction and no walkway to the mall. Driving was still required. This important detail was not shared. Once construction is completed this will be a great place for a mall getaway."

"It was very comfortable and cozy. Its minimalistic and I loved that about it."
