"Perfect location for walking to the major tourist platz. Very boutique feel to this unique property. Rooms include a small kitchen, table for two, sofa, bad and a lovely balcony above an hidden garden. The only negative was the room heating system. It was so warm in the room we turned it off and slept with the window open. Granted we are from Texas and keep AC at 70f"

"快適な滞在でした。部屋も広く、眺望も良かったです。フロントのスタッフも明るく親切でした。ロケーションはとても良いです。毎日，瓶入りウォーターがあり，便利でした。 　設備はほぼ問題ありません。お風呂，ベッドも快適です。 　小さなことですが、電気ポットが水漏れして使用できなかったので，持参の携帯湯沸かし器を使いました。また，一度ドアが内側から開かなくなり、部屋から出られなくなりました。フロントに電話したところすぐに来ていただけました。修理も当日中に終わりました。 　ティッシュの補充、バスローブの補充がないことがありました。 　どれも些細なことで，滞在に問題はなかったです。"

"There is virtually no lobby, no breakfast at property. Looks like low cost housing but rooms are ok. Bare minimum. Front desk not staffed 24/7 and actually closed holidays. Not a real hotel. Expensive for what you get. Good location but noisy area - across from casino. Hotel itself very quiet. Homeless people around. Felt safe but definitely not luxury property. "

Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war einfach traumhaft. Auch die ruhige, aber zentrale Lage in München ist ideal. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. "The place is clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly, accommodating and welcoming. I opted for no breakfast cuz the place is very near to anything you love to try to eat in Munich . Besides, the place is just few steps away from Eataly and the market, very good place to stay, close to all you want to visit and most of all to Marianplatz.. we will surely come back to this place ."

"We stayed five nights at Stay Kooook Munich and had an overall great experience. The check in process was really easy and our room was ready for us early which was perfect as we arrived two hours before check in. We had a studio room with kitchenette which was super spacious with great natural light. The bathroom door issue mentioned in earlier reviews has been sorted (at least the door in our room had a privacy film over it). We did struggle a bit with the air con system on our first night...

"The location could not be better. Easy walking distance to most attractions. It was wonderful to have our room ready early after a very long flight. The room was very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. The negative for our stay was our room was outside the main hotel. Because our windows faced a walkway, we could not keep our window curtains open so the room was very dark. There should be sufficient extra lighting in the room because of this. ...
