"The staff was extremely rude! Front desk manager got mad because our request to her manager because she was being extremely rude. She then proceeded to tell me that she is going to cancel my reservation and call the police. I then left because I had a long flight and was extremely tired so we left to go to another hotel as we were getting our Uber to go to another hotel, she then came outside while we were waiting outside of the hotel to tell us that we need to get off of the outside property...

"BREAKFAST WAS TERRIBLE. We were there for four nights. Not enough fresh fruit. Oatmeal was gluey, really bad. The "scrambled eggs" - just no. Some kind of pale omelet thing with no cheese - and no description! Mushy potatoes. Soggy muffins. I mean, come on now. It was pitiful. I wouldn't stay here again unless I had to"

"The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable on how to travel to the city. The bus stop that takes you to Rosemont train station to catch the train to Chicago is only a couple minutes walk from the hotel. It’s very convenient to the Chicago OHare airport with free shuttle service. I had hoped for more options of places to eat nearby but that would be the only negative. Not the fault of the hotel. :)"

"Facility was okay to be honest. Room had loose flooring. Bed was comfortable but during the night I was bitten by something. Either a spider or something else. Floors in room were very dirty, make sure you have socks to wear. Ice machine on 3rd floor had no ice and was not replenished during the duration of our stay."
