"Clean room, parking, location, friendly staff, safe neighborhood, and excellent breakfast restaurant on property!"

"Staff was very friendly & accommodating room spacious & modern with fridge & microwave comfortable bed hot shower great breakfast & pool lots of snacks for sale in lobby"

"Will not stay there again."

"Nice accommodation. Location is not central or convenient for amenities if you don’t want to drive everywhere."

"did not like that a dog was eating off a plate on the table during breakfast hours in a common area."

"Big clean room"

"Very nice hotel. It was clean, we enjoyed our stay!"

"Mostly fine except the room did have a weird smell, the mini fridge made a very annoying continuous sound and there’s a noticeable gap underneath the door to outside, which I blocked with a towel. Also having the shower door only moveable on one side meant I got immediately sprayed in the face with cold water when I turned it on. I only stayed one night so it was fine but if I had been staying longer I would care more."

"Very nice hotel close to downtown. Convenient restaurant on premises to gram quick morning breakfast and enjoy Newport. Also has pool and nice backyard"

"Good location for the price. Chili's restaurant right in their parking lot was nice to have - just walked over and had dinner."

"Great location and met all our needs"
