"This place is a cute lil gem. Clean comfy cozy oh did I say safe! The parking lot is tight! And you have to back out of the fence so if you’re terrible at going in reverse then. We did see some parking near the back that was pretty straight forward. They took everything into account to the smallest detail. I will definitely stay here in the future."

"Unfortunately, this was the only hotel caused me a problem during my roadtrip from Toronto to Houston. They did double charge on my credit card over Expedia charge which is not good at all. I don't need involve their payment and charging issues. It is waste of time. thanks."

"I had to literally take my disabled husband to a gas station shower to be able to clean him up because property had no hot water. He has issues that need proper hygiene with hot water. I was offered no refund for failure to provide and essential service. I was offered points but we do not use this program, we paid in full, not points. "

"Hotel was safe, clean, and the staff was helpful. Some age showing on the property but it appears that they are addressing things like that. Only real complaint is the property has 4 elevators and only 1 works. The hotel was full this weekend and the elevator was constantly backed up. Guests were loud and crowded at the pool but that's not the staff's fault. Pool and hot tub area were nice when crowds were lower. "

"I stayed at the Hyatt for 2 nights. The room i had was large with a king sized bed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only complqint i have with the room is no microwave. The lobby was clean an inviting with lots of places to seat. I did not eat the breakfast. The hotel advertised that it had a restaurant but i was told it was closed. I needed lunch so they were nice enough to make me one anyway .
I would definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt"

"Ate in the ep grill for supper. It was clean and staff friendly. Menu is very limited in my opinion. I got the fried chicken sandwich and was disappointed. "We stayed in room 122. Unknown to us. The room was near a public restroom. All night long the door slammed from individuals going in and out. An easy fix would be adjusting the gas shock to soften the door closure, or at minimum add rubber bumpers to stop the loud bang every time someone enters or exits. Horrible experience."

"We were there on April 7th and the air conditioner did not work properly. Instead the heater went n and could not be turned off. The room temperature reached 80 degrees. No maintenance on site to help. We complained to desk staff who took our phone number but we never received a phone call back. We were having a good experience until that point."
