"The hotel and check in staff were wonderful. My room was clean and included water and tea/coffee. Disappointing that we were not offered warm cookies at check in or check out and had to ask for them! Housekeeping was short staffed and our room wasn't cleaned until late in the day. This made it difficult to dress and prepare for appointments we needed to get to. Breakfast should be included with your stay. $19.95 was just too much for bacon, eggs and french toast!"

"Location was okay although shared parking lot with not so nice Red Roof. Room view was back parking lot with quite a bit of trash on ground. Only spoke with staff at check in, very nice and check in was easy. Bath ceiling had mildew and peeling paint. There are quite a few hotel’s in the area, will choose different hotel when in area again."

"During our stay, a car alarm of a car in the hotel parking lot started to go off at 3:30 AM in the morning. We notified the front desk and were told that they did not know who the owner was. When we called down later to let them know that the alarm was still going off, they said that nothing could be done. The alarm continued to go off until 5:45 in the morning. It was an incredibly disappointing stay."

"The property is located in a beautiful riverside setting surrounded by greenery. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of the property.
The entrance doors were badly worn and scratched, with no sign of even basic maintenance such as repainting. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were met with a strong smell of oriental spices that was very unpleasant.
After checking in and entering our room on the second floor, we were overwhelmed by an unbearable odor. The first thing we had to do...

"The lobby smelled like cigarettes and weed. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and bleach/ammonia. I changed rooms 3 times and every one was worst than the last. Dirty blankets and towels. The carpet and linens were damp. The shower faucet handle came completely off and was hard to turn on."
