"The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind.
The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. I was really looking...

"A former patron can to my room with a working key and came in my room I was assigned this room and she was assigned this room at another time. The front desk was no help with getting this person out of the room, it was very scary and invasive."

"This is not like other Margaritta Hotels. Our room was nice and clean, but the restrooms down in the main lobby were dirty. Valet parking was not available. The front desk was not friendly at check in. The food at the sports bar had a great club sandwich, but my chief salad was terrible. Tomatoes and avocados were spoiled should not have been served that way. Waitress did her best she was overwhelmed. Not enough staff on hand. We did not use the casino. They didn't have any keno slots or...

"The hotel is in a good location. It's decorated beautifully, and very spacious. Our room was on the 15th floor, and our view wasn't great, mostly interstate and city streets. The room got very dark, which we like, and the a/c worked great. Our only issues were the music from the lobby drop off area carried up to our room, and the bed was very firm. We would definitely stay again."

"The room was dirty, smelly, small, the water lukewarm, the aircon made a noise all night I thought it would quit, the sink faucet seemed it would fall off, the few towels were small and thin, the breakfast was sparse. The door to the bathroom did not close leaving a 2” gap because the bottom was warped and coming apart. There was also a dent where it seems someone punched it. They painted the door instead of replacing it."
