"The toilet was clogged the first three days we were there, and the dryer vent must’ve had a leak that dumped lint all over the entryway closet interior. Aside from those two things, the place was nice in a convenient spot and the pool was great. We specifically picked the room for the fact that it had a balcony, but unfortunately the outdoor furniture was so uncomfortable that we ended up spending zero time out on it which was a bummer. "Fairly new hotel, so the bar is not really function nor is the restaurant that is advertised. However, I did enjoy the free wine and beer offered as an alternative. Parking was easy, I had the option of valet or self park. The elevators go right to the garage. The room was nice had a balcony but no view. Pretty decent overall. "

"Had a great stay at East Austin Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from start to finish. They even helped me with my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Austin."
