"Clean room, friendly staff in general, at the front desk very helpfull and profound in English (very nice when being a foreigner).
The breakfast is very extensive, incl a fresh bakery. Three restaurants to choose from, if you prefer eat in the hotel.
There is a mall, with lots of restaurants, at the back of the hotel (5 min walk)."

"This hotel is listed at 6.2km from Shanghai international race track but is in fact 21.5km. Do not book this if travelling for F1 as the listing is not accurate!

"Por infelicidade o hotéis.com reservou um quarto para 5 pessoas com 12 camas, ao chegarmos no hotel estava agendado somente um quarto para 2 pessoas. Estavamos em 5 pessoas sendo 4 adultos e 1 criança de 5 anos, 2 adultos e a criança dormiram na cama e 2 adultos no chão, por sorte levamos 2 colchões infláveis de camping "

"The overall stay was quite good — the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were a few things that could be improved. Firstly, there was no fridge in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. At breakfast, there was also no cold or even room-temperature milk available for cereal, which limited options for guests who prefer cereal in the morning.
Additionally, the chef responsible for the noodle station didn’t seem very enthusiastic about his work. He repeatedly asked guests to restate...

"連泊したが、飲んだティーパックがそのままの状態でずっと置かれてあったり、ティッシュも空っぽでもらいに行った。
トイレットペーパーも残りわずかな状態で換えのペーパーはなし。
タオルは毎日交換され、シーツ交換はないが、きれいにベッドメイキングされていた。
1階のフリーコーヒーは美味しい。
あとは中国あるあるなので驚きはしなかったが、エレベーターが一基、1階に着いても開かず、また上に上がるという不具合。
場所は最寄りの駅までは10分くらい歩くが、ほとんどタクシー移動なので問題ない。
ホテルで外卖するとロボットが部屋まで届けてくれる。
ホテルはリーズナブルなので、次回また泊まっても良いと思うが、部屋に窓がない点はマイナスかな。"

"Easy access to terminal 2 of Hongqiao airport without going out of the airport. Hotel rooms are a bit small but still pretty comfortable. Service is amazing."
