"I loved the location, really close to the beach and walking distance to downtown. The place was clean, no A/C, could use a couple fans for warm nights while sleeping. I needed extra tp and towels, all I had to do was call and they brought them over. I do wish there was a broom and dustpan. Being so close to the beach, we did track in sand. We stayed several days, so it would've been nice to be able to clean up a bit. Other than that, it was great. "

"2nd time staring at this place. First time I stayed was back in October and I shared that the place wasn’t as clean. They listened and the place was clean. Minutes from the beach and downtown for the price makes it well worth the stay. Will book again! "

"The house is large - room for everyone. We liked the layout- two dining areas & three sitting areas. 4 full bathrooms. One thing to know- all the bedrooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floor. We liked being close to the beach & being on the northern most point of the boardwalk. The house was very clean & modernized."

"The layout of the house & yard is great for a group, family with young children. View and access to the beach are perfect! The house was very clean, well maintained and easy to communicate with the property manager."

"We enjoyed staying in the Ridge Path Cottage in Gearhart. It's on a quiet street near the golf course, with easy access to downtown. The cottage was clean and welcoming, and the beds were great. "

"The best vacation ever!! Very close to the beach- We walked on the beach almost everyday. Breathtaking views from all the windows, especially the main window. Town was a short walk away. Beach towels and all you could need to cook were provided. You can't tell from the pictures but there is a TV there probably 42 inches.The rocking chair was my favorite to sit in, very comfortable. Only pro was the sofa bed was broken, however there was sleeping pads under the twin beds and that worked just fine...
