"The communication with the staff prior to our arrival was top notch. We were arriving late and their desk is only open until 8:00pm. They let me know that they would give me exact instructions for after hours checkin. I really liked the use of unique codes to not only get in the room but to get into the building. Everyone we met on the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Prior to our arrival they texted about the quirkiness of the room we booked and allowed us the option to change...

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and the checkin process seamless. It was very walkable to many attractions and shops near by. I highly recommend the steakhouse next door!!! Breakfast was nice, soft music and enough options for us. Beds were super comfortable. Nice little sitting areas outside but none of the gas fireplaces were working. It was a great stay! We would stay again!!"

"Clean room, but tilted noticeably downward. The beds were comfortable but so high you had to jump up on them. Able to park right outside our door. There was no Wi-Fi nor was there an ice machine.There are many restaurants in the neighborhood ,close to the Grand Canyon railroad depot"

I wanted to take a shower went into the shower, and there was bugs everywhere all over the ceiling, crawling out of the vent. Coming down. The mirror. I couldn’t even shower. went to the front, Office. I don’t remember her name asked her if they could transfer us room. She said no asked her if we could get a refund. She said no. After bugging them for a great amount of time. Thery agreed to go in spray...

"The stay was amazing. I felt comfortable and the property was calm and quiet. The room was clean and well maintained. They even had a mini fridge for our convenience which was nice because we packed lunch to and drinks to go to the grand canyon. Would definitely stay again 8/10!!!!!!!"

"While I don't know what I was expecting as far as check in goes, you check in at the little office which was easy. The path to drive up to the cabin is a little rocky and uneven so be careful. But WOW.... the cabin was amazing! Clean like wow and the windows above all around make for a beautiful view all night. Only downside was the cabin shares a wall and we could hear them talking. Still - I would stay here again if I am ever in Williams. "

"He was helpful changing our rms from 2nd floor to 1st floor per our request. An older motel. The beds were comfortable. Had hot water. The only down side there were tiny bugs in the tub and on the bathroom floor."

"Great location if you are planning on visiting the Grand Canyon. Also a great value. We were pleasantly surprised by the town of Williams which is 5 minutes down the road It has that western town feel with lots of places to eat and stores to shop. Make sure you arrive early enough before stores and restaurants close to enjoy Williams."
