  • The residence is situated on Euboia,the biggest island after Crete.The house has sports independent spaces,ground floor and first floor.The ground floor features one bedroom,a living room,a kitchen and a bathroom.The first ground features two bedrooms.a living room,a kitchen and a bathroom.The house has the ability to accommodate eight persons.It has been amphitheatrically built,it afforts barbecue and garden with grass ideal for sunbathing and relaxation.The wonderful views combines mountain and sea offers unique sunsets.The swimming beach within 40 metres.The house is ideal for those who wish quiet holidays,beautiful excursions and hiking to the nearby mountains.Within a five minute drive you find yourself at politica,a village full of restaurants,beach bars and night life.Within a 35 minute drive you find yourself at Halkis the capital of island a beautiful town which has full night life you can have fun.We give free canoes that you can use to explore beaches where you can only go by boat. It is one that is suitable for both fitness and relaxation.

Stunning

I have never felt so at peace as you do at this stunning property. The views are amazing, the grounds are beautiful and house one of the best we have stayed in. The kayaks also made a wonderful addition to the house with the beach being so close. Kostas was very kind and knowledgeable, we loved the olive oil that he brought us. Everything is exactly as the description online. The only thing we would have changed about our holiday would have been to have an automatic car to cope with the many bends to get there.

Simply the best house on the island...really!

Absolut everything is right here: the location is fantastic: right by the sea with a view of the mountains and the bay...the sound of the sea included! The house is a gem: the furnishings are very comfortable (air conditioning in every bedroom (!) dishwasher, washing machine, very good beds, TV (65 inches)! Everything is furnished with a lot of love and super comfortable! The pool is fantastic and has been cleaned regularly. Kostas is a very friendly host and was always available. We'll definitely come back to this place / house of dreams! P.S. Don´t forget mosquito spray...;-)

Amazing week in Dafni

We were greeted by Kostas on our arrival and he showed us around the whole property outlining how everything worked. HE also gave us some local wine and Olive Oil which was a lovely touch. Everything was as described, and the Aircon int he bedrooms worked very well and its a magical location. Although a little remote, and a little bit of a drive to a bigger supermarket, it was perfect for what we were after. The pool and sea are right there for you to enjoy. The Beach Bar down the road was nice and within walking distance, the local taverna in Dafni was nice and has a great beach, but the Taverna up the Hill, which is actually a Butcher first, taverna second, is amazing. Very friendly people. In all i couldn't recommend this place enough if your looking for a remote getaway

Better than the pictures

It was allover just amazing. The pictures are not lying it Just even better in live. The sunsets are beautifull. The House is huge and lovely decorated. The sea is Just 150 m and being with they kayaks with the kids on turqoise clear water was Just wonderful. One day we have surprisingly observed Dolphins real narrow to the Coast. Kostas is an amazing host and really heartwarming and Always helpful and with a Smile. We were really sad leaving and definitly will come back once again. This House is an absolut Diamond and recommondation for everyone who is looking for Nature, relaxation and quiet days. It is quite untouristic but we we're looking for exactly that and we loved it. We will be Back Kostas and are looking forward to See you again!

Alles war perfekt! Die Lage des Hauses ist einzigartig! Das Haus ist wunderschön und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Fotos werden der Wirklichkeit nicht gerecht! Wir, 6 Erwachsene, hatten eine sehr besondere und erholsame Familienzeit in diesem Haus! Kostas ist ein besonders netter Vermieter und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! A place which was spotlessly clean and had its own privacy

Séjour de rêve

Nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier ce merveilleux séjour!!! Notre hôte Kostas, est très gentil et parle très bien le Français. Il a pris son temps pour nous expliquer tout ce que nous pouvions faire sur l'île. Si vous aimez les vacances en pleine nature c'est à Eubée qu'il faut aller. Nous avions 2 canoës à notre disposition, et ils ont servis tous les jours (même les enfants) sur une mer très calme qui se trouve à 40 mètres. Nous étions 7 personnes et la maison est vraiment géniale avec une vue à couper le souffle. Les photos du site correspondent à ce que vous verrez. Les petites tavernes à proximité servent une cuisine "tout fait maison" c'est délicieux. Merci à notre Hôte Kostas.

Picture perfect

We stayed the first week of April and were very lucky with the weather. The views from the garden (and the many balconies of the house) are just perfect. We spent most days with our children (6,4 &1) in the garden- just enjoying the sunshine. We even had a daily paddle in the pool. The village is very quiet in April and it’s a little drive to the nearest town. Having said that, the two local tavernas, recommended by Kostas, were open and we enjoyed some great meals there.

I can't fault the host or the property at all. Kostas was extremely welcoming and helpful, especially as we had a bit of a medical emergency and he was really there for. Can't say enough good about him.

Het paradijs

Wat een hemelse plek !!! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis. 's Morgens wakker worden met zicht op de zee,de bergen en het zwembad, beter kan je je dag niet beginnen. De zee en het strand liggen op 50 meter en meestal ben je er helemaal alleen. Snorkelen in de zee en daarna chillen aan het zwembad, meer moet dat niet zijn. Je kan eveneens gebruik maken van 2 kajaks die er ter beschikking zijn. Het huis is wat afgelegen maar voor ons was dit absoluut geen probleem. Het eiland is zeer rustig en nog niet echt ontdekt door toeristen. Een daguitstap naar Athene is goed te doen. We werden verwelkomd met een goede fles wijn en olijfolie, later in de week werden we verrast met eitjes. Wij kunnen dit huis aanbevelen aan al wie van rust en de zee wil genieten. Een topper !!

Superbe location

Kostas est un hôte formidable, plein de bonnes intentions. La villa est très belle dans un site magnifique. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, avec une plage tranquille très peu fréquentée et nous avons également pu apprécier la piscine. Tout était parfait !

The most beautiful location with an excellent host…

Kostas met us at the property and showed us all around the house. He left us some wine and over the following days brought eggs, tomatoes and fresh olive oil from his farm! Unfortunately there were wildfires on evia during our stay and although they weren’t near Dafni, Kostas came to provide reassurance constantly and update us on the road situation for us to get back to Athens. The villa itself is beautiful and spacious - with excellent kitchens (even had dishwasher). The pool is as fabulous as it looks on the photos and we enjoyed walking down to the beach when we were there as the water is crystal clear. We visited the Dafni taverna and the bar area at the bottom offers the most stunning views. We’d love to come back here again and see the area in spring or autumn. Can’t recommend enough.

Wir waren zu siebt für 11 Tage bei Kostas und alles war perfekt. Die Fotos werden der Realität nicht gerecht. Es ist tatsächlich noch schöner. Die Aussicht und Sonnenuntergänge waren beeindruckend. Kostas war ein perfekter Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit Öl und Wein begrüßt und bekamen zwischendurch noch Eier und Tomaten von ihm. Weiterhin wurde nach 5 Tagen alles gereinigt und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher getauscht. Es war wirklich perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und waren bereits ab Tag 1 erholt. Die perfekte Unterkunft um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.

Traumhafte Ferien auf Euböa

Der Aufenthalt bei Kostas war perfekt. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, mit Pool , Meer und Blick auf die Berge. Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand und hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kosta ist ein toller Gastgeber, der viele Tipps für uns hatte. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und jedem der ein bisschen Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, diesen Ort empfehlen.

Sehr schön gelegene Villa abseits der Touristenmassen

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Meer, abseits der Touristenströme, wunderschöner Ausblick auf Meer und Berge mit täglichen Sonnenuntergängen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vom Geschirrspüler (inkl. Tabs), Filter- und Espressokaffeemaschine, vielen Küchenutensilien bis zu einer Waschmaschine (inkl. Waschmittel). Wir genossen unser Frühstück in der Pergola mit Blick aufs Meer und den eigene Pool. Der schöne ruhige Kiesstrand mit Dusche ist ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Es gibt beim Haus auch ein Kanu, das kostenfrei verwendet werden kann. Der nächste kleine Supermarkt ist ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt. Der Gastgeber Kostas ist sehr freundlich, brachte uns Wein, Olivenöl und Tomaten.

Fantastisches Haus in toller ruhiger Lage

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in den umliegenden Ortschaften vorhanden. Tolle Tavernen mit lokalen Spezialitäten ebenfalls. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bei Bedarf kurzfristig verfügbar. Es war ein warmer Empfang mit Olivenöl und Wein. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Dafni sehr genossen. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts sehr viel "Besuch" von einigen hungrigen Katzen. Das hat anfangs etwas genervt, wenn man denen ein bisschen Trockenfutter spendiert, dann lassen sie einen auch in Ruhe und sind entspannt. Mich hat es nicht so gestört, es könnte für Allergiker jedoch ein wenig problematisch sein, daher 1 Stern Abzug. Alles Andere war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Traumhafte Aussichten in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben das Haus mit fünf Personen für eine Woche genutzt und uns dabei von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Kostas hat uns bei unserer Ankunft wie „alte“ Freunde begrüßt und uns als Gastgeschenk einen selbstgemachten Wein und eine Flasche Olivenöl offeriert. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool ausgiebig genutzt , während wir vom fussläufig zu erreichenden Strand im Meer baden waren. Dass es sich hier um keinen Sand- sondern um einen Kiesstrand handelt, hat uns nicht gestört, da wir von vorneherein Badeschuhe mitgebracht hatten. Super war, dass man sich am Strand gleich das Salzwasser unter der hier errichteten Dusche abspülen konnte. Die Schlafgelegenheiten waren bequem. Wir haben die gut ausgestattete Küche gerne genutzt, haben aber auch die durch Kostas empfohlenen Tavernen besucht. Alles in allem hat Kostas hier ein kleines Paradies geschaffen, das eine Oase der Erholung für Leute, die fernab der Tourismusmetropolen Urlaub machen wollen, sein kann. Wichtig ist hierbei, dass man wissen muss, dass dieses Paradies mit der Spezies „Felidae“ zu teilen ist... man sollte aus unserer Sicht hier nur dann Urlaub machen, wenn man diese Tierart mag und ihr wohlgesonnen ist. Wir hatten damit kein Problem... wir können uns einen weiteren Urlaub in Kostas Haus gerne nochmals vorstellen.
