"For a roadside motel this was above average, but not worthy of the rave reviews that brought me to stay here. It appears to be more of a bicyclists overnight stop. There is no early check-in unless you count the 30 minutes if you register yourself online. Staff arrived promptly at 3:30. For unknown reasons we were given a room with a swivel-in seat in the bathtub (like the one my 93 year old mother uses.) I took it out and used it as a luggage rack. The bathroom had one very small shelf above...

"The woman who runs the inn is very nice but the place is dated and the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. There is also no sitting room as you’d expect in an inn no housekeeping and your breakfast is at 8:00 or 8:30. No sleeping in."

"No coffee anywhere in the premises. Had to go to the gas station. Staff was not present. Room was clean, but smelled like bleach. No lid on the toilet. Had an irrational fear that I was going to drop something in the toilet. Shower was good."

"Great if you don't mind a no contact check in, smaller rooms but in a great area Grand Junction within walking distance of a lot. Really great rooms that feel much different than your typical corporate chain hotel. Sadly I was not able to visit the attached cocktail lounge that looked excellent."

"The inside and rooms coukd use a face-lift. For what we paid for the room, I thought it would be more modern but it was outdated. Staff were amazing. We were greeted when we came in and left. Friendly, kind and caring."
