  • Welcome to your perfect mountain escape! This beautifully updated 1 bed / 1 bath ground-level condo sleeps up to 4 guests and sits just steps from Lake Dillon and the Dillon Amphitheater. Whether you're here for summer concerts, lakeside strolls, or world-class skiing, this location offers it all — plus unbeatable views from your private patio.

    Inside, the living area features a cozy fireplace, flat-screen TV, comfy seating, and a queen Murphy bed for additional sleeping space. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and the dining table for 6 sits in front of large picture windows, perfect for enjoying meals with a view.

    Down the hall, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom with dual sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

    Guests have full access to the complex clubhouse, featuring an indoor pool and two hot tubs, open year-round!

For safety, the pool and clubhouse may be temporarily closed at times over the next 3–4 months. This project is tentatively scheduled to be completed by August 1, 2026.

Overall, the accommodations were good for a quick weekend. The bed was super comfy, but it was hard to sleep because the main bedroom faces the parking lot. There aren’t blackout curtains or blinds so it was difficult to block the light coming in every night.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, easy process to check in and out, and a comfortable stay for the 2 people staying. Would definitely recommend!

Great location. Close to the marina and across the street from the amphitheater. Wonderful swimming pool and hot tub. We enjoyed listening to the music at the amphitheater. The shower would be a little funky if sharing the place with another couple.

The condo was great with just a couple of considerations. The sheets on the bed in the master bedroom don't stay on the mattress. It's a small thing but got a bit annoying throughout the night. It's probably due to the foam topper but the bed was comfy. The other item is more a matter of preference/timing. The room is in a great location if you want to be near the outdoor amphitheater and parking lot. There happened to be a large music event going on the second night with an extremely loud DJ and bass beat. We had a solid 3-4 hours of listening to it even with everything closed. If we were looking for that, it would have been great but it wasn't at all conducive to a quiet getaway. There's nothing the owners could have done but we'll probably avoid that location in the future for that reason.

There was a good match between the condo and the description on the site, which is not always the case. We really enjoyed our time there.

It was clean and communication was timely but late check it, early check out, fireplace didn't work on Cold new years, rusty tea pot, had to pay big cleaning fee while having to cleaning everything myself

Apartment is in a great location overlooking Lake Dillon and quick drives to all the local mountains. The place is clean and well-kept.

Long weekend with family

This was our 3rd time staying at this property. We love the convenience to Dillon Amphitheater and the bike paths. All of our stays have been wonderful and very easy.

Great location for Summit County skiing. Ground floor condo made it easy to load and unload our baggage. Good quality internet and TV.

Location!

The stay was great. We usually stay in frisco bit because of going to 2 concerts at the dillon amphitheater we wanted to try Dillon. The location for this property is perfect for concerts. We will definately be staying in the future when we fine more concerts we want to come to.

Great View and Location

We really enjoyed our stay... Great view, perfect location, comfortable bed and furniture + all the cooking and laundry amenities in the unit. Overall, one of the best places we've stayed in Dillon - we'd definitely stay here again. Only complaints - the neighbors above us were pretty noisy really early in the mornings and some curtains in the bedroom would help for those that like to sleep in while on vacation.

Couldn’t beat that we were right on Lake Dillon with beautiful views. Had a problem with a busted pipe that leaked into the condo from the outside but management was there to clean up pronto. Would stay there again

Beautiful Views

We found the condo a pleasant spot. We were within a short distance to family members we visited. The king size bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the concerts at Dillon amphitheater from our patio. 1st floor with no steps made it very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

An Excellent Stay

We loved the beautiful view of Lake Dillon we had from the living areas of this one-bedroom condo. We found it spacious, well furnished and clean. The condo is located in the center of Dillon on the first floor with convenient parking. It’s easy walking distance to the amphitheater, the marina and restaurant.

THE VIEW!

OMG, the view from there is absolutely amazing. I could have sat on that outdoor patio for days!. The kitchen was big enough and well equipped. Plenty of space never felt cramped. Walking distance to trails and a couple of restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again
