Property Description
Lake Dillon Condominiums 201 is a delightful end unit that provides more privacy and lots of natural light from extra windows. Incredible, panoramic mountain and lake views. This 1 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 4. Remodeled in a clean, bright style. Open kitchen with maple cabinets and lots of counter space. Living room has a large flatscreen, free WiFi, a wood-burning fireplace, and fun Colorado decor. Free WiFi and cable. The dining and deck furniture seat 6. Wool carpet throughout with tile floors in kitchen, baths and entry. The covered corner deck is a great place to relax and watch all the activity on the lake.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

~ Second bath has a large tiled shower.

Parking
2 unassigned parking spots in the surface lot. Parking by Permit Only and provided at check-in. Hang from rear-view mirror.

Amenities
Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Location
Great central location with easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.

In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and marina. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your deck. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very cute and clean. The condos were very quiet. The view from the back deck was gorgeous! We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Great location on Lake Dillon

Check in and condo both easy to find - Less than a mile apart from each other. Easy access overall. Condo was great for our two night stay, very spacious for two adults and the view over Lake Dillon is breathtaking. The fireplace was very nice, may just want to recommend or direct folks to purchase wood at King soopers or elsewhere. Close to restaurants and skiing at Keystone, A Basin and Breckenridge. Would definitely return for winter or summer again!

Wonderful view--but from a shared deck

Lake Dillon condos have a perfect location overlooking Lake Dillon and the Dillon-Frisco bike path. Unit 201 was clean and well-equipped. The only negative was we weren't aware that the deck overlooking the lake was shared with the next-door neighbors. Dave and Pat were pleasant enough--but it would have been good to know in advance.

Close but no cigar

Unit was clean, bathrooms and kitchen updated, beds were very comfortable. But the living area funiture cushions were worn out/collapsed making seating very uncomfortable. Weather was too cool to enjoy the deck so left a day early because of seating.

comfy, spacious, beautiful view

we’ve never stayed anywhere other than a hotel, so we were a little nervous on how the process would go but I must say, check in/out was a breeze, our condo was so very spacious and accommodated to all of our needs, the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. we also really appreciated the phone calls from SRG making sure we had everything we needed for our stay, definitely will be using this service again next time we’re in Keystone!

Can't Beat the View!

Unit was clean w/ hotel-like amenities, nice kitchen and living room. Great deck overlooking Lake Dillon. Wish it had a grill. Parking was available very close to the stairwell leading right to the unit, but if more crowded, the parking would be two flights down with significant walking.

Cozy condo, comfortable stay

We had a nice stay at the condo. The size was just right for our family of four. Close proximity to everything you need in Dillon and to ski resorts. Beautiful views from the deck. We were bummed the hot tub and laundry were out of order and the company didn’t tell us before we came. Also, bring your own pillows - if you’re like us, one per person isn’t enough. The internet was very spotty too.

Best View ever!!!!!

What a wonderful place to spend a few days of rest and relaxation. Just down the street from the beautiful newly renovated Dillon Amphitheater. We enjoyed an orchestra concert on Saturday night and church the next morning. And also just 2 blocks to our favorite restaurant in the whole world, Arapahoe Cafe!!! Condo was clean and great location.
