  • Lake Dillon Condominiums 201 es una unidad final encantadora que brinda más privacidad y mucha luz natural desde las ventanas adicionales. Increíbles vistas panorámicas a las montañas y al lago. Duerme 4. Remodelado en 2017 en un estilo limpio y brillante. Cocina abierta con gabinetes de arce y mucho espacio en el mostrador. La sala de estar tiene una gran pantalla plana, WiFi gratis, una chimenea de leña y una divertida decoración de Colorado. WiFi gratis y cable. El comedor y los muebles de la cubierta del asiento 6. El dormitorio principal tiene dos camas queen, una pantalla plana y un gran baño privado con bañera. El segundo baño tiene una gran ducha de azulejos. Alfombra de lana en todas partes con pisos de baldosas en la cocina, baños y entrada. La cubierta de la esquina cubierta es un gran lugar para relajarse y ver toda la actividad en el lago, incluidos los huéspedes de kite de invierno. Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very cute and clean. The condos were very quiet. The view from the back deck was gorgeous! We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Wonderful view--but from a shared deck

Lake Dillon condos have a perfect location overlooking Lake Dillon and the Dillon-Frisco bike path. Unit 201 was clean and well-equipped. The only negative was we weren't aware that the deck overlooking the lake was shared with the next-door neighbors. Dave and Pat were pleasant enough--but it would have been good to know in advance.

It's noisy, as the fire department is VERY close - windows were open because there is no air conditioning. Beds were okay - not great. SHARED deck was a HUGE drawback!

Unfortunately there was construction right outside the unit that started at 7am each day. It was so loud we couldn’t go back to sleep or enjoy the deck during the day. I know it’s not the management company’s fault but some kind of warning or notice would have been nice as I would have booked somewhere else if I knew there was super loud ongoing construction right outside our bedroom window.... We went for a concert and being unable to sleep past 7am or even nap during the day really impacted our trip.

The shared deck was a surprise--although the neighbors were nice enough. We were used to having the main entry door in the bedroom--as that's the way Timberline is set up also.

Great location on Lake Dillon

Check in and condo both easy to find - Less than a mile apart from each other. Easy access overall. Condo was great for our two night stay, very spacious for two adults and the view over Lake Dillon is breathtaking. The fireplace was very nice, may just want to recommend or direct folks to purchase wood at King soopers or elsewhere. Close to restaurants and skiing at Keystone, A Basin and Breckenridge. Would definitely return for winter or summer again!

Close but no cigar

Unit was clean, bathrooms and kitchen updated, beds were very comfortable. But the living area funiture cushions were worn out/collapsed making seating very uncomfortable. Weather was too cool to enjoy the deck so left a day early because of seating.
