Brand New Condo; Private Balcony, Walk to Dillon Marina, Incredible Views

This brand new, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom luxury condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed, a twin bed and a full-sized sleeper sofa. It is in a brand new complex and features a balcony with beautiful mountain views in the distance. You're minutes from multiple ski resorts or you can walk to nearby restaurants, Dillon Marina or take advantage of the bike paths. The Summit Stage has multiple stops nearby. This free bus service also runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes.

The living area offers a gas fireplace, a smart TV with Roku device for additional streaming options, and comfortable seating. Just off the living area is the private balcony featuring outdoor seating and incredible mountain views in the distance. The sofa pulls out into a full-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The breakfast bar seats three.

The spacious primary suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed, twin-sized bed, and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The guest bedroom is off the dining area and features a queen-sized bed. The guest bathroom is just off the dining area. It has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. Near the entryway is the private washer and dryer, and detergent is provided for your convenience.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Super clean, very comfortable, and nice little extras like books, games, lots of hooks by the entrance for coats, and a cozy blanket on the couch. Lovely mountains views. Well equipped kitchen. Our subaru with a cargo box on top even fit into the garage. We would definitely stay again. My only feedback is a minor issue, all the codes should be in one easy to refer to email or text, had to search multiple places for door code, garage code, trash code.

This condo was amazing! New, clean, quiet and comfortable with beautiful lake and mountain views. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds are very comfortable and the condo is nicely decorated. The property management was helpful and provided great information. Highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed this condo for a quick and easy staycation! Super clean and comfortable to make traveling with three little toddlers/babies as convenient as possible. We enjoyed walking to dinner, driving to grab groceries in town, and eating breakfast out in nearby Frisco (Butterhorn Bakery and Cafe - YUM). There are two amazing playgrounds within a 10 minute walk — the one directly on the lake was so nice to take in the views. Thanks to our hosts for providing clear information, checking on us, and making sure the condo was well-equipped!

Very clean, a lot of kitchen utensils and plates, a lot of clean towels. Didn’t like the lack of deadbolt on the front door, anyone with the code could’ve come in at any time. No security bar on the sliding glass door. Also heard a constant humming above both bathrooms 24/7 that was noticeable in the dining room as well.

The condo is immaculate, as is the entire building. Even the garage. Cleanest garage I’ve ever seen. Proximity to everything can’t be beat. There’s a great Mexican restaurant a stone’s throw away. I’d be happy to stay in this very same unit again some day.

Property was nice, we had a good stay.Check in and check out times are ridiculous!430 pm check in- who does that? And then 1000 am check out! When asked if we could check out @ 1130, they said it would be 30.Trying to minimize the time you have in the rental, lame!! We paid for two nights, would like to enjoy the morning time a bit more.

Fantastic Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Great Location!

!We had a wonderful stay! Check-in and access were super easy, and having a private garage was a huge plus. The unit was clean, newer, and well-equipped—it had everything we needed, from a coffee maker with filters to an ice maker that came in handy for filling our water bottles before hikes.The location was perfect—just minutes from Dillon Reservoir and a short drive to Frisco’s restaurants and shops. There was even a concert at the nearby amphitheater one evening, but it ended by 10 p.m., so it didn’t interfere with our relaxation.Sleeping with the windows cracked and ceiling fans on brought in that crisp mountain air—so refreshing! The bed was very comfortable, and the third-floor access was easy with both stairs and an elevator.This was a super comfortable and convenient home base for our mountain getaway. Would absolutely stay here again!

Poor instructions

No bars on either tub or shower. No AC and apt temperature never was cooler than 74 degrees even with fans in windows. Instructions to get into building are terrible. Make it simple by saying to enter thru garage door to get to apt. And simply say trash receptacles are beside the garage door. We wasted over 20 minutes trying to figure out how to get inside. And no one answered when I called the number for info. Poor communication and terrible Instructions.

This is a great condo, very clean, close to the marina and trail, plus walking distance to coffee, breweries, and restaurants. The building was quiet and the parking was secure as well.

Numerous maintenance issues

Apartment was clean and mostly comfortable, check in/out process was a breeze. Garage parking was nice. Great location.However this seems like a brand new building tailor made for high volume guests, run like a business, by a management company, looking to avoid proactive maintenance wherever possible. As a result we our stay was hampered by a handful of maintenance issues. Almost none of the outlets in the apartment worked. Coffee machine was broken. Dehumidifier moldy and unusable. Reading lights in the bedrooms were very weak and needed new bulbs.Hosts were reactive and did deliver a new coffee machine and dehumidifier partway through our stay, but simply dropped the new boxes off in the kitchen and made little effort to unpack them or get them set up.Bureaucratic process afterwards of working through a management company/customer support to get what ended up to be a very small refund.Overall: fine place to crash for a ski weekend, but don't expect high quality attention paid to the unit and its appliances, or any kind of personal/service touch.

Senior Guys Ski Trip.. nice place in the middle of Dillon. Easy to walk to Restaurants and Grocery close by. The kitchen was well equipped and clean We would rent it again. Maybe next Ski season.
