This cottage is over 100 years old but don’t judge the book by its cover. Once you are inside, you’ll see a completely renovated, comfortable living space with plenty of charm and character.
You’ll have the place to yourself and everything on one level and easily accessible for moving impaired guests. You’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. A well equipped, full stocked kitchen and all linens provided.

Amazing views at this Cozy beach house. Great location and walking distance to the beach, general store & Cafe. Our Host Fay answered all our questions promptly, the house was completely stocked for our stay and very comfortable. We definitely would go back, Dillon beach is perfect for a weekend getaway with our dog

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Check in/checkout process seamless. What a glorious weekend getaway in addition, you’re literally a five minute walk from the beach, darling grocery store amazing restaurant with outdoor music and spectacular views of the ocean.

The property was exactly as pictured. It was clean, and the host took such attention to detail (a box of Kleenex in two rooms, ample dishes, glasses and flatware, a variety of coffee makers (machine, French press, and cone!), and welcoming snacks and drinks. The bed and sofa were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

This is a very comfortable, updated home, with fantastic views and a short walk to Dillon Beach. Fay was very communicative throughout the process and ready to answer any questions. Just a lovely place to stay with my dog!

This newly renovated property is well-equipped and nicely decorated for a vacation or get-away of any length of time at Dillon Beach. It is convenient to the beach with great views of the beach and ocean from the front bay windows. The owner is a good communicator and responds quickly to questions and comments.

Amazing

We love this beach house and its location. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here in Dillon Beach. This house is so comfortable and quiet. The surf was good both days and got some perfect waves. Thanks Fay for everything, its was an awesome trip. My Aussie "Billy had an amazing time as well at the beach playing frisbee and swimming in the break, super cool place to stay!

Hubby and I booked this place as we wanted a quiet getaway for a long weekend. This house is absolutely perfection. Views of the beach/ocean are incredible, short walk to the beach. Neighbors are super friendly. Would recommend 1000%

The perfect place to reset and rekindle

Exactly as described, and more. The view was spectacular, and so soothing, it took our pulse down automatically. We wondered if we should have selected a rental with a deck, but with morning/evening temperature drop (and sometimes fog) we would have remained inside anyway. Without a deck to block the view, it went on forever. Very clean unit, well maintained with all the amenities, extra well stocked kitchen, comfortable clean furniture in the living room to relax on, plenty to do in the area (or just do nothing), and did i mention the view!!! We will definitely be back

Great View

My husband enjoyed the view, and the beach was very close, we liked that. I did a lot of walks on the beach with my doggies which we both enjoyed. All the doggies on the beach were very friendly. We loved our little get away but wished the restaurant near there was open and that the store was better stocked. No ice cream ...really Thanks again Susan

Perfect Beach Cottage

This property has everything you hope when renting a place. Comfortable bed, nice furniture, clean, great views, perfect location and tons of extras! The house has stunning views, is mere minutes to the beach as well as a cute general store and great restaurant. Fay was extremely responsive and provided snacks and wine for us to enjoy during our stay. We would happily return.

Amazing Getaway!

This Dillon Beach house is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family. The home has the most amazing view of Dillon Beach and the coast line. Point Reyes is easily visible from the living room. The kitchen is updated and the home is decorated beautifully. The owner was easy to communicate with and they have made all the personal touches to ensure a relaxing stay. We hope to come back again soon!!

Beautiful view

Would stay again but would bring a blow up mattress to sleep on. The couch did not have a double bed. It was uncomfortable to sleep on. Past that it was a nice place and very close to the beach.
