"Die Klimaanlage war im gesamten Hotel ausgefallen und der Fernseher im Zimmer ging nicht. Von der Empfangsmitarbeiterin kam nur ein "Sorry". Es sollte dringend an der Kommunikation mit Kunden gearbeitet werden."
