Pas de lumière dans les toilettes, les ampoules de lampe de chevet qui tombent toute seule, le sèche cheveux sans bouton avec fils dénudés, qui bien entendu ne fonctionne pas , le serveur du petit déjeuner qui ne vous dit pas un mot......bref déplorable, a fuir!!!! Ne correspond en aucun cas au confort d'un 4 étoiles,aïs vous en payez le prix!¡!!

Two singles beds after requesting a king told they’re fully booked can’t change anything it’s in the small print even through I booked months in advance. I checked the website plenty of rooms available. No information given on the pool or any amenities only our room number. Then a reception member of staff let themselves into our room as we sleep, no explanation or apology given. Bar staff are absolutely terrible 4 members couldn’t handle 25 guests. Didn’t come around to take orders but don’t want you ordering at the bar. Closed food service 1 hour and 15 minutes early without informing guests because it was too hot in a fully air conditioned hotel. Closed the bar one hour early. Was not asked how our stay was at check out. Then the kicker after we checked out and sat at the bar for a drink. My husband went up and paid and as we walked out a member of staff ran after us screaming that we had to pay. Making us out to be thieves in front of other guests and humiliating us. I went to find the manager who apologised for all the things that happens and said she would refund our stay through points which we did not receive. I made a scene at reception and she obviously lied about the refund so other guests wouldn’t hear how awful hotel is. Single beds, room entry, being accused of thievery and lying by management of a refund that never came is how I would sum up this stay. Find a hostel you be safer and treated better. The worst hotel stay we ever experienced

Bien situé, calme. Seule complication, il faut s'enregistrer dans un autre établissement situé sur la même place.

Très bel hôtel, belles chambres, personnel sympathique et disponible. Seul bémol : lors d'un repas pris au restaurant de l'hôtel, ils avaient oublié notre commande ! De ce fait, il y a eu une longue attente. Mais ils furent très "commercial" et nous ont offert un deuxième verre de vin gratuitement pour la gêne occasionnée. Ceci rachète donc en partie ce petit bémol. En dehors de l'attente, les plats étaient vraiment très très bons. Petit-déjeuner : très copieux et choix très large.
