"The unit is lovely—comfortable bed, deep tub, rain shower, smart tv, kitchenette, balcony. I stayed here for a good while (2.5 weeks) and I had a cold for about a week of that so I spent a lot of time in the room. It was very pleasant.
The housekeeping is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they’d take the bathroom garbage out but leave the kitchen garbage. Sometimes they’ll change towels regularly but other times, they would go like a week without doing that. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal....

"My partner and I stayed 5 nights and we found the apartment to be perfect for a trip to Hanoi. The location is perfect, easily walkable to both train street and the rest of Hanoi centre. The apartment is also sound protected by the walls of multiple governmental buildings so it is quiet at night and not affected by traffic in the mornings.

"Room was big, clean, and spacious, perfect for what we needed! The best part of the hotel however was the friendly and helpful front desk staff! They were so kind to let us check in early and help us coordinate laundry, etc. The only thing I will say is we stayed on the 8th floor and on the 9th floor is a restaurant with karaoke that goes on til around 10pm. "とてもゆっくりとした時間を過ごすことができました。街までは大体Grabで60.000〜110.000くらいでした。ホテルの周りは少し歩けば5分くらいマッサージ店が数店とコンビニも2軒あります。
ホテル朝食は種類も多くとても良かったです。
Clubカテゴリー利用でしたが、ラウンジのスタッフは皆さんステキなサービスをしてくださいました。
ただアフタヌーンティー、カクテルタイムともにフードの内容はそこまで期待しないほうが良いかもしれません。部屋はlake view にしましたがベランダに出てゆっくりでき良かったです。

Two minute walk to the night market. I don’t have one single complaint. I would stay here again, and I would highly recommend."
