Charming Craftsman Home in the Heart of Dickson!

Summary:
Welcome to historic downtown Dickson. Our updated 19th Century Craftsman bungalow sits on a private lot in central Dickson. Picture perfect front porch, white picket fenced yard, original hardwood floors and clawfoot tub. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, local pubs, hiking on trails at Montgomery Bell State Park, PGA pro designed Greystone golf course and local day spa. Enjoy the fire pit in the backyard with a cup of tea!

The Space:
Two bedrooms (Split King, adjustable bed and Queen) are downstairs with a tub and stand-up shower, and the other two bedrooms (Queen and 2 Single Beds) are upstairs with a combo tub/shower. All new bedding and linens are throughout. Two SmartTVs and some board games are provided, as well as an outdoor seating area with a fire pit.

The kitchen amenities include coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove, microwave, pots and pans and cutting boards. Washer and dryer in the home.

A front porch for relaxing outside with wicker chairs with fenced yard makes it great for small dogs.

Many wedding venues nearby draw people to this home for the big day and for guests.

Keyless entry allows easy access for you.Four car max in driveway.

Guest Access:
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be sent on the day of arrival. The entire home is available to the guest except the owner's shed/closet.

The Neighborhood:
Dickson offers an eclectic mix of dining experiences southern charm. The home is within walking distance to Historic Main Street where you can enjoy pizza, music, books and clothing stores, pubs and antique shopping.

Getting Around:
The home is conveniently located in the heart of Dickson and easy to walk or drive to shopping. Free parking in front of shops.

Ruskin Caves Wedding Venue - 11 miles
Firefly Lane Wedding & Event Venue - 11 miles

Other Things to Note:
*Only small breed dogs are allowed and no cats are allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs with a $50 charge per dog for the entire stay.
*Trash day is very early on Tuesday morning.
*This is a NO-SMOKING property.
*The booking price includes a damage insurance fee to cover damages done to the property, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of accidental damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
*You will be receiving a pre-check in form link from us to gather your travel information.
*Pack n' play is available when requested. Please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare for it.

Wedding for my daughter

House is a beautiful old home but needs maintenance on the outside. The inside was very nice and clean. Property management is a 3rd party and they were quick to respond. If staying here, be prepared to have some streaming app for tv as we were from Indianapolis and we couldn’t watch the NBA finals on ABC or ESPN.

You look at this she’d used for storage and other work. The cushions for furniture are in a large tote in there for the patio furniture.

House was perfect for our son’s wedding weekend. Plenty of room for family to gather and nice fenced yard. Kitchen had everything needed for cookout for pre wedding meal.

Dickson Delight

We were there for a week while our hardwood floors were getting refinished. This is an old home with so much charm. They had everything we needed including a fenced in yard for the dogs. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the location. It was only a short walk to town. We tried 4 of the restaurants in town. Would definitely recommend!

Family Time

This house was selected based on location, pet friendly and suitable for my family. Prior to renting, all questions were answered quickly and fees explained. The house was comfortable for all of us. Enjoyable vacation place.

Child friendly

Our 2 year old loved the play kitchen and other children’s toys at the house. It was a really easy walk into downtown for coffee, food and ice cream. Short drive to an amazing children’s park and splash pad!!

Dickson trip

We found this home to be very spacious and comfortable. It was well-appointed and clean. There was a bad storm while we were there, which knocked out the power, forcing us to move to a hotel for our last night. Although this was unfortunate, it did allow us to experience how the property management company handles such situations. They were very professional and helpful and were very quick to check in on us. We will absolutely rent this property again.

Wedding weekend

We loved this historic home. It was a great place for a multi generation weekend stay. Very close to Main Street and anything you needed. The house had so much charm. The front porch was huge and has a swing. It was a great place to relax and visit.

Not what I thought it would be

TV’s wouldn’t work . All of them. Wanted us to pay xtra for the weekend to get them to work. Lighting is horrible in main bathroom can’t see to put makeup on at all. And the lighting in the bedrooms not good. The area was not very nice the neighbors kept us up with very loud music the first nite till after midnight. Only nice thing was the fire pit and u could walk up to town. Would not stay here again.

Fall getaway

We were looking for a quiet place to stay with the comforts of home. Our children came to visit from different parts of the state while they were off for the Fall Break from their various universities. We had new parents with us on this trip so we tried this new location to ease their travel worries. This house was wonderful! It had plenty of group space yet, each family member had a place just for them! It was our first time in this town and we were enchanted. We will return for more visits with exploration!

We loved this older home. Beautiful updates! Stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful outdoor space and quiet. Close to everything we needed or wanted. Property mgt was amazing. Great communication and helpful❤️
