"Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"

"I am super harsh when it comes to my hotels, but this one is one was one of the best i’ve ever stayed at. it is so clean, modern, and unique! great shower products (sald and stone) and also a mini fridge STACKED with treats. i am a travel agent, so ive seen some pretty nice hotels. you cant be the price, location, amenities, and service."

"The location is convenient and provides beautiful views of the Mississippi River. It is an ideal place to stay as it provides nearby dining and shopping. The entire staff are kind and very helpful. "The entire hotel was a top flight experience in understated luxury and quiet elegance - I loved how consistently and beautifully the hotel has built its brand around the elegant ducks!! Even the carpet harkens to the beautiful duck egg blue/green colors and our room was a haven and oasis in the Memphis heat. Will be back, and will definitely stay at the Peabody!"

"The room floors were absolutely filthy. When stepping into the shower the water was black. Also, housekeeping came and did not put the pillows back on the bed. They also took our towels and floor mats and did not replace them so we had to call for replacements after returning to the property at 10:30pm. The people at the hotel were excellent though. The best employee for the hotel, in our experience, was Michael the security guy. He is a peach!!"

"The hotel is not well maintained. We stayed on the 6th floor. As we got off the elevator there was a water leak coming from the fire alarm in the ceiling. A full bucket of water directly in front of the elevators. The room had sticky floors and the bathroom door had not been cleaned. When you closed the pocket door there were disgusting stains. Also the hotel does not have free parking the parking is by PMC valet and it is 32.00 per night. The app they used tried to have me log in and set...

"Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean."
