"Had a lovely time at Sanders Lodge. Plenty of space inside and out to spread out, the lake is much more beautiful in person than the pictures give it credit. I wish that we could’ve stayed longer. "

"6 of us Stayed on this great lake house. We were in the area putting up deer stands and feeders. Was great to come back after a hard days work to the A Frame! The place had great beds, and everything was well outfitted. "

"Charming house in great neighborhood in walking distance to town, shops & food. Host Lori (& hubby) have done a great job creating a cozy, comfortable home for guests. The way they documented the history & transformation of the Church House was really remarkable. We loved the history of the area! And all of the neighbors/business owners/workers were so friendly & helpful. We will be back as we didn’t have enough time to do everything we wanted to do."

"We were in Longview for a baby shower for our 14th great grandchild. The property was OUTSTANDING! Completely the same as pictured on the VRBO site. Sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course was very pleasant. The bedrooms comfortable and nicely decorated, the living room and kitchen spacious and the garage a plus! Hope to stay there again! "Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. "

"Absolutely wonderful location close to the lake a charming little “cabin“ very quiet an excellent place to relax we really enjoyed our 10th anniversary fishing, sleeping and eating in this quiet little place. "I can’t say enough about this beautiful home and property. The gardens were full of beautiful flowers with hummingbirds abound. Sarah even offered us cuttings to propagate! The hot tub and vibrating chairs eased my sciatica. So many things to do in our short time there. Our host Sarah was a lovely hospitable person. We will definitely try to return some day. "

"Very nice well kept tiny house. We felt very comfortable and slept great. It had a great little deck overlooking a pond. Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it. Also, be aware the cell service was limited. We have ATT and were not able to use cellular. The house does however provide wifi with internet so one can utilize that for texting and wifi calling. "Beautiful house on a beautiful lake. Nice and quiet. Just the weekend we needed."

"Beautiful home with so many wonderful antiques and charming appointments. Spacious rooms. Large dining table with many chairs. So many places to gather. A delightful breezeway with ceiling fans and comfortable wicker chairs and loveseats. Many outdoor seating spots and a lovely front porch to gather. We loved the golf cart supplied to go out each night to dinner. Also, the wonderfully landscaped homes in the area were so much fun to drive by. "

"Great location for R&R, very quiet. Both houses were great! Would recommend!"

"Very nice place to stay. The views from the decks and the large windows in the kitchen and living room were great over looking the lake. The cabin was very clean and had plenty of room for four adult friends to have there own bed. There is a loft with a bed but didn't use it. Old guys don't like steep ladders. Overall great place to stay."
