"My wife and 2 kids (13 & 11) had a great trip. It was a heat wave in New York while we were there. The air conditioning was on and there was a lovely scent when welcoming you back to a very clean and beautiful hotel. Location was 1/2 a block from Time Square which made everything very convenient. I would recommend for any family."

"Didn’t receive the suite that was advertised. Complained and they moved us the next day to the right suite. Asked if we should book for rooftop outside seats in bar. They said no. When we went up we received indoor corner awful seats. Left and went to another place to eat and drink. Disappointed as the 4 day trip for a birthday/ football game. The cost for 4 nights $5,500. Not worth the money. Will never rtn."

"The hotel is essentially located. You can go in and out and do three or four major things in the city during a day. You go out, wear yourself out, go back to your room, recuperate for an hour or so and then go out and repeat. We have done so many things and just three days. It’s incredible.
