"Fantastic and unique property. Great views from the jacuzzi! We saw seals and dolphins in the bay, and countless different birds. Just beautiful. We had a kayak around the bay using the kayaks on site. Absolutely loved it. "

"This was our best stay on our whole trip to Scotland. While, it was a little off the beaten path, it provided a quiet, cosy oasis after we had been staying in towns in lodges without parking for our car. Achmore had ample parking on site. Ida met us at our car and showed us to our room while loading more fire wood in the pot belly stove in room. It was a lovely site as we walked in! So warm and cosy. "Moriston Cottage is a delightful house right in the middle of Lochcarron, a very lovely small village on the water. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the house is well furnished and provisioned with all required for an enjoyable stay. Communication with property management was at all times fast and very helpful. We would recommend this property and the location very highly. "

"We had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay. The property is well equipped, private and with great views of the sunset. Plentiful bird life was also an attraction. Self-catering was very easy with the well-stocked store nearby, as well as larger options not far away in Gairloch. And the area is beautiful - lots to see and amazing views across sea, lochs and mountains. Really excellent. "
