Viatges a Dhehiba

Id give the staff 10/10 rating. At least to me they were all so nice, respectful and very helpful. Rooms are clean, that’s not a problem. The issue with this resort is the property was kinda let go and not well maintained for a hotel/resort that is classified as a 5 star hotel. Yes we had everything we needed in our room. But the closet were falling apart, walls were stained and the fridge although it’s hidden was rusty and old. I wouldn’t complain about the food because it’s given to have the same food in an all inclusive hotel. They change it every now and then … but it will come to a point where it’s just tiring. I also wanna point out that this is the only all inclusive I’ve been where all restaurants are not included to the all inclusive option.

I really like the food and service at the restaurant; staff at the reception was super friendly! Animation team is very good!

The room wasn't really clean; we had ants in the wardrobe. The staff were indifferent, and the food wasn't the best—Friday's dinner consisted of leftovers from the entire week. We will never return to this hotel. There is a huge difference between the one in Hammamet and the one in Djerba.

The hotel is wonderful. Staff is super friendly. Only the food could be better. Scrambled eggs, pizza and french frites were not good but they have a big variety of food, so we could always find alternatives. If you travel with kids and they only eat pizza or french frites, well…then you can feed them on dessert or ice cream, because that was amazing :)
