"Hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Cabin is perfectly cozy, with exactly enough to be comfortable. "The house was perfect for our fishing trip to Lake Chataqua. The property provided space to park the boat and the outside electric made it easy to charge the battery. The home itself was immaculate and the owners provide everything needed. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus after a rainy day on the water! Wonderful!"

"We loved our stay on Lake Erie. The house was perfect in EVERY way. The house is perfectly maintained and offered anything you might need to cook a gourmet meal. This area offers so much to do. We will plan another trip for next June and will stay here for sure."

"We stayed in this house for two months while we were doing a kitchen renovation, The only reason we stayed is because we had no other options this time of year for a rental that would take pets. We survived because we brought everything we needed from our house. We did not receive any instructions prior to the rental and there were no instructions at the house for check-in and checking out procedures, internet/tv access or information on the local area. "This is a very cool property rich in history with an awesome view directly on Lake Erie. We stayed an entire month & it was very accommodating for long term stays. We stayed in the large 2 bedroom apartment upstairs. There is also a smaller 1 bedroom apartment upstairs which we saw and was very cool as well. "We had a perfect little getaway from Wednesday through Saturday. The place was clean and well-stocked with all the little necessities that make a stay comfortable. The dock was great. We really enjoyed the fishing, though unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for kayaking. Hated to leave, but we’re already looking forward to future visits"

"Our host, Joshua, was quick to respond to our questions. The property itself has unbelievable views out of every window- even saw a white spotted young fawn! Truly is a beautiful old house. You can see the care and consideration Josh and his wife put into renovating the home. The ladies all found their bedrooms to be very comfortable.
