"We had a great stay at this house. It was clean and well furnished. It sits in the middle of a wooden canyon. The kids had a lot of fun playing outside. There is a playground, a small soccer field and a basketball hoop. It was also fun to explore the property and the creek area. The house had everything we needed. Nice play area for kids, comfortable beds. We just had to get organized as there is only one bathroom. Easy access to all commodities. "

"It has a beautiful view and a quiet neighborhood. It is close enough to town for anything you need."

"Great layout to give privacy to 9 people from 3 families. Some great things are: yard, house layout, supplies that we didn’t need to bring or purchase (spices, dish detergent, toilet paper, bedding, towels etc.) and simple arrival and departure instructions. Some things that were a bit of a surprise - the home is for sale, the kitchen has very dated appliances and furniture in home is very dated yet comfortable. The surprises didn’t matter to us. We enjoyed our time there!!"

"In town for a dog show. The house was as listed. Great location, milk & water in fridge was a nice surprise. Bed & pillows very comfy. Fenced back yard was a good size, would have appreciated it being mowed prior to arrival and not during the stay, that's my only "complaint"."

"Perfect for our needs and has everything you need and then some. It was a perfect place to stay for our family reunion and our 1 1/2 year old grandson was in heaven with all the extra toys and dress up available. Very spacious accommodations and easy to access basement. Host is very responsive and answered all questions. We will definitely be staying again next time we are in town. Thanks! "

"The house is big and has plenty of bedrooms and sleeping options. Having a 2nd kitchen and fridge is great for large groups. There are a lot of steps to get down to the water - but that is common with all the houses on this lake. We loved the new double-decker dock that fit our pontoon and the slide and jumping platform were a hit with the kids. The view down to the lake is great and the location is good - close to the jumping bridge and a couple of marinas. You also have grocery stores and a...

"We definitely will be coming back here any time we visit family in the Logan area. For the same price of a hotel room, we got clean, comfortable and quiet lodgings. The parking was easy and the location was perfect for our needs."

"I was very impressed with the stay at the Rock house, every bed was comfortable the cleanliness was very impressionable, would pass a white sock test. Communication with the guest was above and beyond and they went the extra mile to help accommodate with my needs. Especially when they went out of their way for something simple."

"Absolutely a lovely property with everything you could want or need during a stay away!! Julie is a fabulous host. The property is quiet and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to anywhere in the Smithfield/Logan area. Pet friendly since I was staying with my show dog for the dog show in Logan. I would very much return should my vacation/stay needs take me back to the Logan area! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! Thanks!!"

"This place had everything we needed. Kids loved every minute of the Fun Room and Bunkroom, and the large garage with tables and chairs made big family dinners perfect. Highchairs to pack 'n plays were provided! Highly recommend for big families looking to spend time together"

It's in a great neighborhood, plenty of great amenities and entertainment, and in an area where there's lots to do winter or summer. We will definitely be looking to stay at this property again."
