"It was a great place to stay, the nicest we have been to in our many stays at Dewey Beach. The house was clean and well-appointed. Even the cookware was of good quality. The unit was ideal: an end unit with a clear view of the beach (sunrise) and up the beach in both directions. We would gladly stay there again. The host was very friendly and responsive. All good in every way. "

"Great location right off the beach! Lots of room for our group of 20. Kitchen is fairly well-stocked and has two of every appliance -- fridge, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, etc. We were there late in the season, so under the couch and under some of the beds could have been cleaner, but nothing we couldn't live with. One of the upstairs bedrooms has an AC return in the closet, so it was noisy at times -- and has no rod to hang clothes -- but, again, nothing we couldn't live with. We enjoyed...

"Pros: Very nice space. The gas fireplace was nice to have. Cons: 1) Due to windy conditions during our stay, the damper for the exhaust vent was continually clanging day and night. This was annoying. 2) Due to stormy conditions, the building’s garage was closed when flood gates had to be installed due to flooding adjacent to the building. 3) The water temperature of the roof top pool was very cold; the indoor pool was heated, but is only 4 1/2’ deep at the deep end., 4) You need new batteries...

"Beautiful place close to the beach and restaurants. Very well maintained .Hot tub and Landscaping around the house made it even more relaxing. Layout of the house and sunroom was perfect for our needs. Due to hurricanes in the Atlantic this week , the beach and high surf was difficult to enjoy although we did manage to get a beach walk in . My wife and dog really enjoyed your wonderful home. In addition we forgot our laptop and housekeeping at Vacasa located it and shipped it to us! Great...

"We were very disappointed with this stay. Before I booked this place I messaged the owner / RE/Max regarding the property details and was given responses that ended up not being accurate. For example, the vrbo listing said one of the bedrooms had a daybed and 2 twin beds, but after I booked the non-refundable stay the owner said there are only 2 twin beds in that room. Another example, the vrbo listing said there is free wifii, but we were not provided any wifii info (username and password)...
