Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living space. Relax and make yourself at home on the plush furniture, stream your favorite movies on the large TV, or enjoy your morning or evening beverage on the balconies while feeling the sea breeze. Hobby chefs will enjoy preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the eat-in kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cupboard room for everyone's needs. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's sleep from the day's adventures. The COA winterizes the machines in the off-season. Streaming is available only with the guest’s account. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The community swimming pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Excellent location with plenty of room. Entry was a little weird with books and videos at the top of the steps. Carpet in entryway and on steps was old and dingy. Place was not dirty but not cleaned well. It could definitely use some updating. All that aside we had excellent and prompt communication with the owner. We would definitely stay here again, actually we tried to book it in October but already taken nonetheless this is a great place and great location with plenty of room and would not hesitate to stay here again. If

The location is outstanding and the home layout was great. There is a marked lack of maintenance. Missing bathroom floor tiles covered with duct tape created a safety hazard. The fan in the bathroom did not work and bathroom was covered in mold. Large holes in window screens and the sliding door off the kitchen did not lock correctly.The home could be quite beautiful if it was maintained correctly.
