Perfect Retreat

Fantastic property in a beautiful spot. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the artwork throughout the house. Clean and well looked after. Our dog was safe and secure outside and loved the space to explore. Thank you Di, we would definitely come back!

Fireplace warmth

We enjoyed our stay in winter, with rain most of the time. Inside we were warm and cosy with the fireplace to heat the living room and kitchen, and even transfer some heat to the bedrooms for the night. Wonderful yard for our dog to explore.

Work and holiday

When travelling for work mu family stayed at this property and found it comfortable and spacious. The environment was peaceful and we were pleased to experience various native wildlife including black cockatoos and kangaroos. Definitely recommended.

Lovely area

House has lovely view but is a generally dated (you get what you pay for) and although convenient to airport is further out of the Launcheston surrounds in a lovely suburban community. Had a bit of a problem with utilities but our host was quick to assist.

Comfortable and peaceful

This place is in a rural setting so it was peaceful. We watched the sheep grazing the paddock and birds such as cockies, magpies, rosellas. The beds were comfy, linen good and there was enough stuff in the kitchen for our needs.

Lovely homestead in beautiful location

We are a family travelling with a puppy and found Di’s place to be the perfect fit for us. A big backyard, stunning countryside views and close to Launceston. The kids loved seeing the wallabies and bunnies on the property. Would definitely stay again.

Country living within minutes from city

At first I was a bit sceptical on booking a stay as the photos displayed for the property were not appealing , however when we arrived at the the property mum,my sister and I were pleasantly surprised. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay.
