Having access to laundry facilities was such a bonus. Close to all of Berlin's amazing historical sights, could walk everywhere. Would highly recommend."

"Nice location. Friendly and helpful staff. Big room, nice bathroom and shower. The room had a safe (always helpful) but no coffee maker or small refrigerator/mini bar. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 but only the 7th floor. Kind of a bummer."

"Good location, good room, clean, very UNcomfortable bed, and no bar or restaurant as advertised... rather just a small cafe and place for breakfast. If you want to drink in the evening you need to go out or have a night cap in your room. Definitely no restaurant, only thing available in the evening is a packet of crisps!"

"Smelled very stale, carpet stained, shower was very narrow and water leaked onto the floor. There was no lobby and parking was 3 floors underground. No one around after 5 pm"

"It was an excellent stay! The location is perfect if you prefer loud and fun city center. The room was clean, the staff super helpful! The only thing we really missed was a Nespresso machine in the room. "

"Great location in Berlin, near to the museums and the subway stations, but quieter than the the tourist centres. Allowed me to check in early. WiFi almost nonexistent in the room and couldn’t get the thermostat to work. Bar seemed sterile and mostly empty. The bar at motel one over the road has a much better atmosphere."

"The hotel is very well situated, besode check point Charlie and a couple of monutes from the Metro. The stuff in the reception was super helpful and willing to help, very nice. The only negative point is that the small refrigerator was not working, they don’t give mini bar service anymore so the fridge is disconnected and we can not keep cold things that is always useful I recommend this hotel 100%"
