PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS!!!! SO I BOOKED THIS HOUSE FOR MY WIFES BIRTHDAY WEEKEND!!! We was supposed to be there from Thursday to Saturday OK…My wife and I and a couple of her friends well I should have knew something was up I booked the house almost 2 weeks in advance and messaged the host multiple times and never got a response until the day of arrival. We arrived and could not get into the home due to multiple codes the host sent i finally get in and as I start to unload our things someone starts talking threw a camera in the tree (creepy) but didn’t think anything of it my wife never left the truck I ran in cut on some lights came out grabbed or bags set them inside ( the kitchen door) went out asked my wife if she wanted to see the house before we went to the store she said no we have to get to the store I locked up we left while we was at the store the rest of our guest arrived at the house and had to wait for us to get back because I had the only key when we returned everybody started unloading and bringing things in my wife did a walk threw I was checking over everything not even a full hour into the home and that’s when everything went wrong!!!!…first upon entry I got a weird smell again thought nothing of it.. but as my wife continued to inspect things … it was terrible!! The house was dirty counters stove microwave kitchen sink was filthy bathrooms had not been cleaned the linens on the beds had not been washed or changed they left dishes in the dishwasher the tv

I filed complaints while we were in the house 5 times and I am STILL waiting for my refund and a follow up call from VRBO! The property was misleadingly listed and there was no heat in 2 of the rooms, the circuit breaker kept tripping, the microwave and dishwasher didn’t work. Our safety was compromised as well!

I payed 700 for my family to stay here while visiting family we haven’t seen in years. When we arrived the place was dirty the furniture was broken and things looked very unkept. While we were outside the property using the hot tub which was actually pretty clean, we started hearing someone in the garage moving around which happens to be attached to the house so we kind of panicked. Not knowing what to do because it wasn’t in the greatest area we put things in front of the door and stayed up most of the night because we were very afraid and also afraid to leave to go elsewhere in that area in the middle of the night. First thing in the morning we packed up and left go ahold of Vrbo to handle the situation and get out money back. The host called saying someone was renting the garage that we were completely unaware of and was not in the description on the place, we were told we had the entire house to ourselves. Needless to say this was a terrifying experience for us and our kids and I hope this never happens to anyone else.

nice space but wasn't clean

The rooms/space suited our group of 7 very well. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Unfortunately the house was not clean: dirty floors and rugs, smudged/smeared mirrors, surfaces that had not been wiped clean. Some dishes needed washing before using. We arrived to a pile of trash at the curb, and home exterior lacks appeal. There are several dead plants in the kitchen and bedrooms. Three of the beds are queen size and one is double (not 4 queens as listed). Bedding was mostly clean. Window coverings need improving - some broken blinds and curtains that do not fully cover the windows. There were not adequate towels for our party but host made a quick order and enough arrived by early the next morning. Also he was quick to provide WiFi info, but it certainly would be easier if that info were simply posted somewhere for guests. Kitchen did not have trash bags, something we were able to pick up ourselves. Showers were hot and water pressure good. Bathrooms do not have any towel bars, and also no toiler paper holders - these would be nice improvements. Bath rugs/mats would also be nice additions, as well as hand towels and washcloths. Two of the kitchen/dining chairs are broken. It is surprising that previous reviews put this place at 9.6/Exceptional, given the number of problems we encountered. House has great space and wonderful potential, but needs better attention to cleanliness and detail.

I will definitely stay in this beautiful home again, house is so peaceful, very clean and roomie I will rate 5 stars not complain at all and the hosts staff was very professional and great communication
