I booked this reservation from previous reviews. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were the exception to any of my concerns, because they were ALL friendly and welcoming!
BUT….. I was bit in bed my first night! Had to run downstairs to the front desk showing my bite marks and a picture of the bug that bit me in my bed!
The young lady was very understanding and immediately tried to move my room , apologizing numerous times, all while trying to reach upper management to gain access to switch rooms. No one ever answered, her emergency calls. But she managed to move me.
I was home for a funeral and I really didn’t have the energy to debate.
The second room’s air conditioner was so loud I had to turn the tv volume up to 30 to hear the tv. All while it kept blowing out black dust clumps, from dirty filters.
Also, the ice machine was out on my original floor 4 and eventually out on my second room’s floor 6th.
If I could take the staff and place them in a more modern hotel, it would be a Winner!!
Still waiting for management to call regarding my bed bug bite experience! Just like the young lady trying to reach them in the early morning hours and was unsuccessful. Or like when I was checking out and another young lady was attempting to reach management for another person and she kept apologizing because she can’t get of hold to them.
Great staff! Poor management! Old building, ice makers, carpeting and drapes!
