"We really enjoyed our stay at this property; Colin and his wife Jennifer were so welcoming, the room was great, it had everything we needed for our short visit to Perth. The pool was great to have for cooling down after being out all day and access to bikes made it easy to get around and see the city sights."

"No host to greet us and the entry instructions I found a bit confusing but once we were inside we were very happy with our appartment. Clean with a pleasant lemon smell when we entered and good size rooms and bathrooms each. Well stocked kitchen, comfy lounge area and plenty of towels and toiletries. Outside the kitchen window and or, unfortunately, a huge dead weed and dead plants detracted a little. "The house is very old/tired and run down, definetly needs renovating. The area was nice and convenient to everything we needed. It did the job, it was cheap but needs some money spent on it."

"Great location, close to everything. Friendly and nice seating areas in main lobby. Rooms were extremely small but adequate for what we were needing."

"We had a lot of issues during his stay, as the lifts were not working for the majority of the evening. My guest actually has a pelvis injury and so this made the stay very difficult, and had to travel up and down 24 flights of stairs to reach his room. This is a very disappointing outcome for a modern hotel who should not have these issues. It also causes concern for anyone with accessibility requirements. "
