"Lovely service by staff at the reception and bar next to it .. honestly felt welcomed and that meant a lot to us. Clean and luxurious, would definitely book again. Worth every penny."

"Room with a view - fabulous. Shame there wasn’t a coffee machine in room. For $600 for a night, perhaps breakfast could have been included."

"Front desk and restaurant staff are very courteous and professional. Rooms are clean, and there are many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity."

"Great hotel and gym. Friendly staff"

"Great property to stay out, good sized rooms, best cafe down stairs."

"Love the views"

"Great stay! The staff were so helpful at check in due to a change in circumstances. Despite being out of hours for housekeeping the guy at check in helped us out without question. I genuinely appreciated it. Fantastic location, supermarket & one of the free bus routes directly opposite. Shops, takeaways, main bus & train stations are so close by making the whole trip easier. 10/10 for a city location! I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the hotel was at night in the week which was great...

"amazing staff throughout the hotel and restaurant"

"Great location, good vibe. Under construction & charging for a gown to the room was weird. Free drink on arrival when booked through Expedia which was a nice touch. Recommend & with a few tweeks, could be the perfect spot 👌"

"The rooms are absolutely gorgeous!"

"Clean room, staff were very welcoming and friendly. Will recommend to anyone 100% and I will be returning to stay again :)"

"Entry into the property after hours was via a side gate. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided. No laundry washing detergent was provided eventhough washing machine and dryer available."
