"Dépaysement et calme, top"

"Run down, dirty, tired, dilapidated, icky. There is no way in the world this place is 4 stars. Visually from a distance, place looks very sweet. Sweeping driveway running through quaint gardens.... but thats where it ends. There is clearly zero pride in maintaining the property, cleaning the rooms or just trying. Ita not just in need of a lick of paint - its actually vile."

"We loved staying here. Only 4 of us there. Very quiet and peaceful. I sat by the window and admire the view until sunset."

"Amazing property so close to Paris yet felt like a stay in the countryside. Charming young family run establishment, complete with dog, goats, chickens and donkeys. Well appointed guest rooms, hearty breakfast accompanied by the sounds of children getting ready for school! I felt like I was at home."

"Nicolas, the contact person, was excellent—very kind, attentive, and always responded immediately. The little house is small but spotless and very well maintained. We felt very comfortable and truly satisfied with both the property and the management. A highly recommended experience!"

"Nous avons loué la Villa la Gravière afin de célébrer notre mariage avec nos invités, nous avons, ainsi que les invités, grandement apprécié l'ensemble des équipements et prestations fournis par la Villa ! L'équipe des Villas Feriaud a été super tant dans la communication que dans l'accueil. Nous recommandons grandement ce lieu !"

"Logement très agréable et très bon accueil. Rien à redire."

"A nice house located in a lovely quiet village, about 20 mins from Disney. Very spacious and has all you need for a pleasant stay. The terrace was ideal for breakfast/lunch dinner, with a nice lawn for kids to run around. Easy ample parking. We (6 adults and two children) had a great time here and was really easy to travel to Disneyland Paris."

"Logement impeccable, les lits sont confortables, le jardin est magnifique.Sandra est une hôte au top!"

"Excellent location and great athomsphere. The yard was magnificent. Great place for Disney goers. The check-in could have been a bit easier if the caretaker would have spoken English. There were enough beds for 12 persons, but the second bathroom could have been provided with a lock on the door and shower curtain. Also some of the double beds are short. Lastly the 5 matrasses in one room are the minimum thinnesses and therefor not so comfortabel. Otherwise as said a very nice accommodation...

"Logement très correct et bien entretenu. Idéal pour un événement en petit comité, j'y ai fêté mon anniversaire sans aucun stress. Tout l'équipement nécessaire était à disposition. La communication avec l'hôte était parfaite."

"The Manoir de Limodin 2 is an elegant and delightful property which was ideal for our group of eleven when we spent ten days at the Peris Olympics and sightseeing. It is also a very secure property with electrically operated entrance gates. The property is very well equipped with high end kitchen appliances and an abundance of crockery and cutlery etc. We enjoyed eating dinner in the garden outside around the patio tables and also inside. There are two stations nearby where trains can whisk you...

"Ideal for area that we visited, only 35 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from the Lion park, 25 minutes from Provins. House is on a small complex of converted farm buildings very quiet out in the country. Free use of the indoor swimming pool. Will visit again "
