"We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was comfortable and very clean. We spent several evenings sitting on the side deck."

"The pictures are very accurate of the place. The bathroom is on the first floor beside the dining room. There is a TV, but no wifi so we didn't use it. The front porch was nice and cozy with a swing. There were air conditioners in each bedroom and the dining room, which kept the house very comfortable. The beds were comfortable."

"Excellent clean place! Great location!"

"We had a great stay very comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed ."

"It was great! Perfect for our resting place after hiking Seneca Rocks. Highly recommend"

"Great place to stay with a bigger group or groups needing room. The location is in a great spot right next to the college and near everything. We came in an enjoyed the place and had room for our college kids come to dinner and hang during the evening. The living space will surprise the heck out of you . Thanks for making our stay great Mike"

"Worked for our quick half stop trip down south for 8 howeverthe place was not clean and one of the rooms had mold and stains on the ceiling. Unusable and disgusting room. Dust was still all over the dressers and fridge was something I wouldn't put any food. Found a cleaning rag in the bed and the floor in the master bedroom was warping with water damage. There was also a musty smell in the entire place. In the end you get what you pay for."

"Clean and comfortable. Good location."

"Comfortable cabin. Accessible by a flight of outside stairs. WiFi was barely reliable. A beautiful quiet location with the sound of running water with a brook outside."

"Very nice and quiet place to stay."
